Went in today 1st time trying it. Needless to say crust was burnt, all they had was pepperoni and cheese so went with pepperoni and it had 6 small pepperonis on it rest was just sauce and barely any cheese. Won’t be going back.
I was excited to try this place based on reviews but sadly not sure why anyone would recommend eating here. They shouldn't advertise made to order food if it's microwaved.. yes sauce & chicken were reheated, some spots cold and sauce had a top layer of water sitting there. Service.. welp they were out of some beers, not sure what they had left, no butter to make garlic bread. Sounds like their about belly up and struggling to be what they once were. Save your money, pass them by we literally left to eat elsewhere after paying their ridiculously priced food.

This place is a hidden gem. Unassuming from the street and the first floor, but upstairs there is a lovely, airy seating area with impressive authentic vintage concert posters. Our pizza was outstanding. Handmade crust with huge, delicious air bubbles. Topping was fresh and artisanal. Truly memorable pizza. . Will be back there very soon!

I just walked into the restaurant with my family and I was met by a man that told me that they only have one waiter and then I might have to wait a while, and I said I’m fine with waiting for a while and he turned around and he said that’s what they all say with an attitude towards me so I told him I felt like an inconvenience and I walked out. Horrible horrible experience within the first minute of being in there so these guys really don’t deserve any respect from me nor my money. I’m from the east coast, they surly don’t have the east coast vibe of a pizza place and I’m sure the pizza is just as low as they are. Yes I’m mad. I didn’t deserve that. I wasn’t rude or a karen, but his attitude was way out of line. I hope he steps up and makes it right. Not looking for free food but an apology would be swell. I truly hope it wasn’t the owner talking like this and his poorly trained worker learns work ethics. The kicker here is we were the first customers. So…. Make it make sense. Math isn’t mathing. And when I told him that I wasn’t going to feel like an inconvenience and we were leaving, he said something along the line he didn’t care. So yeah, great impression. A plus service my guy. Such a joke. Look at their other reviews and the owners response. he seems like a narcissist to me. Can’t take reviews.
After further looking through the reviews, you turn people, paying people, who aren’t being Karen’s, away. You guys really need to get it together. We walked around town waiting a good while to eat there because I was told by a client to try it. But look at your reviews, the problem is you guys. When I read more then 4 people in the reviews had this exact same thing happen, you truly should be embarrassed.

We really liked it and it tasted very good: there is an unusual beer selection (cans/$8). The pizza feeds two people and tastes fantastic. The staff was very attentive and friendly 🤗

Chicken parm and eggplant parm were really good. Enjoyed it very much, had enough to save for lunch tomorrow. Really glad we went there. Service was terrific, enjoyed sitting on the couch and talking after our meal.

Food has always been good. the waiters have been very nice each time I've gone. Eating upstairs is always way too hot, which is understandable for a second story seating with un openable windows and ceiling fans. Upstairs has very dim lighting, which makes it a little difficult to see, and the music is a bit too loud, but overall, I've never had a bad experience. Their pizza is good their red sauce kinda hurts my stomach, and I wish they had a white sauce option, but their sandwiches and salad are great, and I'd probably go back just for a load of their fries!
Vegetarian options: There are multiple salad options available.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is no way upstairs unless you are able bodied. you can, however, order takeout from the main floor

We stopped in while on vacation. They make a pretty good take on NY style pizza - I have had pizza in NYC that tasted very similar. The former theater that houses the restaurant is an interesting environment.
