After traveling 2hours we stop to eat and their restrooms were locked and the manger on duty didn’t allow us to use the restroom. Luckily Starbucks next door allowed us to use their restroom.

Ordered a sonic cheeseburger, it was absolutely disgusting! I don't know what they did to the hamburger patty, but it was inedible to say the least.

Whoever the manager is that worked tonight 7/22 was absolutely awful. I got dirty looks and attitude for an order they messed up. I’ve worked over a decade in customer service and corporate needs to wipe the slate clean with this location and hire people that actually make people want to go there. I understand it’s “just sonic” but seriously??? Get it together. While we’re here might as well, the drive thru people are awful at their jobs. “What else?” “What else?” “Is that it?” “Anything else?” Like I’m sorry am I inconvenient to you?? You actually have to work?? Oh no! Horrid

The reason for my review is to ask why @ 9 pm there were no exterior lights illuminated. 1. It makes it hard to know if you’re open. 2. It’s creepy and may deter customers.

It took a bit for the order to go through they were very friendly and got it right out.
Waited 30 minutes for a sonic blast. Sounded great on a hot day after 14 hours of work. Melted crap. On a positive note, at least they put a straw instead of a spoon so I can drink this garbage. 0/5 do better
