Night crew will make you feel like an idiot they won’t understand you and will over charge you for no reason they tried charging me $50 for 2 meals….

Still have the good drive up good like the old days shakes ? fries hamburgers ? ocean? ice cream hot dogs ? best onion rings and OMG the pretzels? are to die for eat them with cheese still have the best original drinks in town don't forget the real footlong concert dog? eat it with chili

Alamosa Sonic.. I am very disappointed the least to say. Got a sweet tea, a red raspberry slush with extra raspberry and a cherry limeade all of which had problems. The sweet tea tastes like it’s been sitting out for longer than a day, the slushy didn’t have any raspberry flavoring and tasted like pure sugar and the cherry limeade was perfect as far as taste goes but you guys forgot the freaking cherries. I will not be ever doing service with sonic again because it’s seems like that restaurant is going down hill as far as the quality of the food and drinks goes. Every single time I order, which is though the app. I've wait 20 plus minutes for a To go order, as i understand those are priority...the majority of the time the order is wrong or missing items. The female store manager day shift is extremely rude it should not take 30 minutes for 2 drinks...there needs to be a better crew or management! Probably both.

Don't bother to park and get served. Everytime I go and want to order food to stay I have yet to be waited on. The screen says " button activated we'll be with you in a minute". They never get to you. So I back out of the stall and go through the drive thru. So just go through the drive thru!

Sonic is just awful now. I can't even eat there food it's too salty and there burgers only taste like salt and pepper. Way to much salt in there food.

Very poor rating today. Used mobile app to order ice cream. THEY AREN'T SERVING IVE CREAM. What!!!!!!! That's the main ice cream restaurant in town. And they couldn't even be bothered to tell the costumers this. We were waiting for 20 minutes for our APP oder and no one could give a heads up. This is unfortunate. The service and staff are really lacking.

Congratulations! You have replaced the Falcon, CO location as the absolute WORSE Sonic in Colorado! What's saddest is that you used to be my favorite. I worked there in the late 90s/early 2000s and knew the management and crew, they were long-standing, committed people who made the food like they were eating it themselves.
I've lived in Springs almost 20 years, but when I visit home, I always stopped by on my way back up north. But for the past few years, especially last two summer months, this place has become unrecognizable and unbearable, from quality to company. It's like it has been strategically and purposely sabotaged. Are you TRYING to shut this location down? How does corporate look at the numbers and reviews, and not intervene? Tragic.

The worst service we have ever experienced there. Shorted us on our order, went back and went to two different order stalls and no one was answering. Sat at the drive up for ten minutes and again no one answered. Pulled up to the window and still had to wait for someone to come up to the window. On top of it all our food was not good at all, tater tots cold burgers were very dry and cold and the pop had more ice in the cup then the pop itself. Maybe if there were responsible adults working there with the high school kids, just maybe the place would do better. Please feel free to reach out to me.

The person who helped me was very polite and friendly, however the amount of time it took to be helped was a bit absurd. For us to get helped took almost 25 minutes and then about another 10 for our drinks to come out. I enjoy Sonic but lately the service has been slipping at any location I visit, and that is a little disappointing.

Worse sonic I have ever been too. Our order was completely wrong, we hit the button for help for them to deactivate it and ignore us the second time we hit the button we were told they will be right with we watched about 25 cars in drive thru get there orders and we have been sitting here for two hours still. I have worked for sonic before as a manger and my mind is blow as to how horrible this was handled.
