This Sonic keeps up with other Sonics. There are only two negatives. It is a long wait if they have a lot of customers (understand able) and the parking places too small. A lot of their screens are broken from people hitting them with their car mirrors. On a positive note, the fried food always tastes good. At some restaurants you can tell they don't change the oil often enough. In comparison to other restaurants; they do well for fast food. Burgers and ice cream get an A+.Parking: If you drive a big truck you're better off taking the drive thru.

Been here 3 times everytime had issues with food. Frozen chicken sandwiches and unreal wait times. 40 minutes for a small order after being ignored and having to put the order in online due to no answer. Employees have always been nice but seems to be poorly ran.

If you place an order in the app , better go through drive thru to pick it up or those damn kids working will have you waiting forever. I know good help is hard to find but worthless employees are plenty at Sonic.I think the owner should be stripped of franchise rights the building should be knocked down and maybe a better more deserving person will rebuild and open a Sonic that runs clean and efficient like others do outside of Alamosa.

The manager is a good person, the wait time can be long but is expected when you are working window and stalls. I've had my food messed up, and the manager got right on it to fix it. I truly think they are doing the best they can with how fast-paced the job is and how demanding some customers can be. Keep up the good work ?

We give this place a chance about one a year and it's always the same. Orders incorrect. Food not good. Service rude. Even the drinks usually aren't right. It's sonic. They're known for drinks and burgers but I'm alamosa they're known for the Sonic you stay away from

Loved it!. The newest young lady working the window at night is very professional and nice. The mozzarella sticks were perfect. We appreciate the fact that Sonic is always open until the time that is advertised. So many other businesses close early, I guess they don't realize that when a business says they are open until 11, people who have rushed to get there before they close are very disappointed to drive up at 15 til to find the doors have already been locked. Many times I have been passing Sonic 15 minutes or so before they close and decide to drive through and grab something knowing that the people working might have attitudes because of the last minute orders but not once has that happened. I love that.Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
The Sonic in Alamosa, CO is A-okay.The service back on 10/8/2023 was painfully slow.Our cordial carhop was apologetic while handing me our food & drinks, but it was nearly a 20-minute wait. That's absurd for this fast food chain.Thank goodness our order was correct and there were no complaints from the backseat or my passenger cowboy.Not only does this Sonic have all of the drive-in spots, but there is also a drive-thru. Happy hour is applies to certain drinks when you order through their app which is very user-friendly.

Some of the car stalls were not working but lit up as if they were. They should put cones out for them.The one stall I went to began to reboot as I was entering my order. The next stall I moved to had the printed menu installed backwards.My order arrived with burnt onion rings and over cooked chicken.Morale of employees is very low. Franchise owner should be removed by Sonic.

We pulled up 30 minutes before closing time. We are visiting for a wedding. It’s the only place open. We pull up to the stall and push the button. After 5 minutes they say the stalls are closed and to pull up to drive thru. We pull up order and wait. We are thinking we are getting fresh food for the amount of time we waited. It was the worst. Over $20 worth of cold and old food. What has happened to good quality food?! Would these employees actually eat this food or serve it to their family?!? Such a sad establishment. I will never return here and hope you save your money!
