As a disabled veteran and customer who bought their service animal a pup cup. I’m extremely displeased and disappointed that I was approached to ask my dog to leave and that if it was in fact a service animal. Pedro needs discipline action as well as manager on duty Megan. I’ll be reaching out to my VA assisted legal team

I order to go about every other day generally in the early morning and thee staff is great! They are kind and efficient. However, I hate when I am working late and have to order around 8:00pm. The store closes at 9 and the night crew is always so mean and act like you are an inconvenience, they also always tend to forget a key ingredient to an order or it always taste watered down.

Alamosa has a really great Starbucks! I live in California but my daughter lives here and every time I come to this Starbucks I'm so impressed. Many Starbucks have gotten rid of their indoor seating completely or scaled it back but this one has plenty of seating and is so inviting. Most of the chairs were occupied when I got here but when there was a lull in activity I took a picture of the seating. I love the mountain theme interior, and how spacious and clean it is. Great staff, great music, and the Drive-Thru is always excellent too. I've been coming here for several years and whoever does the hiring is great at it because the staff is always wonderful ❤️

We come to Alamosa every summer for a week or so in July to spend time with family, and coming to this Starbucks is our daily morning routine while we're there. I'm a 18 year Starbucks partner from Thornton so I know exactly how the experience should be. The baristas at this Starbucks are so incredibly nice! They genuinely are interested in talking to their customers and it makes for a 10 out of 10 experience.
ZERO - I was traveling and needed to use the restroom. The bathroom doors were locked.
I was going to get coffee and snacks after I went to the bathroom. However, the individual behind the counter would not give me the code unless I first made a purchase.
Never going back to Alamosa Starbucks.

Walked in and asked to use the bathroom. Immediately told me that I had to pay for Something in order to use it. Been here for years and never have I been told I had to pay to use the bathroom. Must be a new rule. I left. Later on i came back to get a water inside while i used there wifi for homework and they told me that i couldn’t get water she then proceeded to tell me the cheapest thing on the menu that i could get. I was shocked. I just wanted a cup of water while i was there. Not sure if it was because i asked for the bathroom earlier or what but very unprofessional and rude. Ive gotten water that this location multiple times prior.

The person taking my order deliberately put the wrong name on my coffees because I told her (politely) she needed to pull her shirt up. No one wants to see that much cleavage. It's not a strip club! Have some self esteem!
