I ordered a caramel macchiato and there was supposed to be extra cinnamon cream cold foam and there wasn’t. I told the barista and she poured some of the drink and added the cream cold foam. It was the worse drink I have ever had from Starbucks. I was very disappointed because she should have just dumped all of it and making it again.

Never been charged at any other Starbucks when I said I wanted no water and lemon-aid. Came in when we were able to get one drink half off which what they charged me basically covered the discount I got.

They left the classic syrup out of my iced coffee (almost every store does; has been a complaint of mine for a few years now), they also used macadamia nut instead of vanilla. Yes, I went through the drive thru, no I didn't go back and have them fix it. Why? I was on my way back home to Denver and by the time I got the straw in my cup and the coffee mixed, I was on a 1 way road out of town and it would have taken me 20-30 minutes of a detour to have them fix it.

Walked in last week with my husband. Between 4:00pm-5:00pm. We waited a bit too long to get helped. The employees were busy fulfilling drive thru orders. Finally a young men walked out from the back and took our order. We each ordered a different coffee. As we waited I noticed the floors were very dirty. Once our order was ready, we sat down to enjoy our coffee and they tasted awful. I told the young man the coffee tasted bad, and if he could add more flavoring to mine and a shot of espresso to my husbands coffee. I offered to pay for the shot of espresso, but they said no charge. I got our coffees back and the espresso shot was put in my coffee and the flavoring in my husbands, and they still tasted bad. We were very unhappy. I think we will be going to Starbucks across the street inside Safeway. We haven't had any issues at that location.
We love everything about this location from the warm greeting that we received to the ambiance and basic great customer. We will always choose this location to get it beverage in somewhere in town.

NON DAIRY, BE AWAREThe drink I ordered has "oatmilk" in the name. Tell me why I just spent 8 hours with excruciating lactose abdominal cramps? Turns out my cup label doesn't say oatmilk...thank you starbucks Alamosa. Ruined my day.The server handed me the drink with syrup and whip oozing out the straw hole and down the lid. I had to ask for napkins twice and she handed me a WADDED handful of them.Just not worth it. This location seems to be trending downward. I've been a regular but I don't see the same friendly faces.Dietary restrictions: Unreliable in safe allergen handling
