It used to be one of my favorites now if you order online they just ignore it. Sad. whats the point of having online ordering if your employees dont know how it works . When order comes in it supposed to go in line right away it's already paid for i only get half hour for lunch now I have to wait on the sandwich and cant eat at work till is cold and soggy.

I went there on Friday, i used to love coming here but now i just dont enjoy it anymore. The Manager looks like he is on something. His eyes are literally looking at 2 different directions. The food is alright and yea it is clean but the atmosphere here is not how it used to be.

We traveled to Colorado and y looking for a place to eat late on a Sunday night. Lots of places were closed but this subways was open. There was 6 of us and each of us got a foot long. Kaitlyn was one of the workers who served us and she was very friendly and patient made our sandwiches very yummy. Was very lucky to have her as our server due to her hospitality! Food was perfect as well

I had to go pick up my mom's boyfriend to go to Subway. Due to the fact we do not live together so I went over there and he had a coupon for himself. Just because we went in the same vehicle. They did not want to help us. I do not recommend going to this place very rude people.It's not even worth it

Do not go to this Subway using coupons. Because supposedly, if you get out of the same vehicle and are making two separate orders and use coupons, they won't take them. So my friend and I left and went somewhere else where servers and atmosphere were better. This is the Subway by 7 Brew in Alamosa.

Very nice in side, staff was great. We were just traveling through and wanted food and a restroom. Unfortunately, they have no charging table for babies. Which is what many need that have babies, so very disappointed.
Employees were more interested in talking amongst themselves than assisting customers. They slowed down and, sometimes, stopped working on our orders as they chatted. I kind of think the guy was flirting with his female coworker. Then a manager appeared and started talking to the staff, all while we're waiting on our order to be prepared.
In the midst of this, a guy came in and jumped to the head of the line to pick up his online order. Not the company's fault for a rude guest, but it did add to the chaos.
Clean and tidy lobby. Service was attentive and accurate. My footlong bmt with all fresh veg made delicious.
