Worst experience ever!!! We spent $70 and waited 35min on food that was incorrect and when we asked for them to correct it the girl laughed and threw the food across the counter . Our food had broken taco shells and pizza that was stuck to the lid of a smashed box. If you don’t wanna work at fast food then don’t! Never eating there again!

There is no customer service now that they remodeled. They push a person hard to order on the computer devices. My friend and I went to walk out and a very nice employee said that she would take my friend's order. The ordering on the computer device is great for young kids but for the elder it is not good because they dont understand how to use them. Keep pushing computer devices until there is no employees working. It will be robots.

Went through the drive-thru, they said they don't have fried chicken for their new fried chicken tacos...seems like the same excuse when they also had Long John Silver and didn't want to have fried items in the drive-thru! Plus went when they reopened and the side of beans were dry, burnt, and a much smaller serving....not going back!

Stopped here on Sunday 11-16-25. They remodeled the place, it's not as welcoming and friendly looking as it was. I used to be able to give my order to someone. Now, they have to help me navigate the computerized menu, which is stupid. Just take my order. She's standing beside me helping me do it anyways. Whole thing is stupid. Go back to the other way.

literally took a hour and a half for our order of 5 burritos and the workers move slow as molasses i sat inside and watched them just walk around the kitchen the whole time. horrible service hire people who actually wanna work.

There was no LJS here. They are in the middle of a remodel and the Taco Bell part is open while the LJS is being worked. We were told in about 2 weeks, roughly mid Sep of 25, the LJS will reopen and the TB part will undergo renovations. So in a few months, they should be all ready to go. Just be aware, they put out nothing to let you know there would be availability issues during their reno.

First young lady was really nice and respectful, said she was going to give us regular cinnabons because they were out of the limited time ones, went back around, and a lady with a nasty attitude tells us we can’t have them while a guy in the kitchen yells that he’s making them for us right now. She ignored that and just told us to leave… if you want the cinnabons that bad girl you could have just asked!!
