I ordered a hamburger and get a cheeseburger every time. I can't eat cheese and have had the meal delivered so there goes half my meal. Saw a review that they are always out of cheese. That would be great! I'd actually get what I ordered!

I went in a bit ago (around 10:40 am 11/22) and got my food. The manager on duty was fast and polite. The younger boy employee was also incredibly polite. Everything was fresh and made well. Wendys is my favorite fast food restraunt but I stopped going because it had gotten a bit bad. But Im hung over and just wanted something so i went there and tbh glad i did. Thank you guys for not hurting my already upset belly.

Dont come to wendys drive thru if you dont have an hour to waste. Came for a quick bite and it took and hour from the time I was on line to order up until getting my food! To top it off i had to then go inside because they forgot some items!

Food took over 30 minutes and their reason was that the drive thru kept ordering spicy chicken sandwiches. When we finally got our food, they didn’t do it correctly.
Several people walked out because it was taking so long.
Go somewhere else.
Also, the bathroom is disgusting.

This Wendy's need some help. No ice on the sofa fountain, ketchup dispenser doesn't work, flys buzzing around the dining room. And really expensive for what you get.
Jared was very polite and I felt very welcomed. And the food was very scrumptious and hot!

Their frosty machine is always either broken or they're out of ingredients. Also, there's no way to exit their drive through after the order screen, and when I told a manager that they needed to either post a sign with unavailable items before that point or make it possible to exit the drive through, she blew me off with some story about it being a corporate policy. So I told her to let corporate know they were losing customers, and she left it clearly implied she had no intention of passing it on. So here - corporate, if you read these, rude employees, poor management and infrastructure, and your failure to support specific needs of local stores is costing the Alamosa Wendy's customers.

I went into Wendy’s this evening around 7pm on 9/15 to get myself a meal, while on my way inside the building there were argued couples storming out the building. While I was inside it took me about 15 minutes just to get my order taken. As I was waiting for my order I was looking around the lobby, it was filthy. There were cups and napkins on the tables along with some fries and silverware on the floors. While I was waiting I heard a customer go up to the counter and asked for the manager, he had told the manager that they had gotten his order wrong and that his patty was overly cooked, the manager snapped back saying “if you don’t like it then you can leave”. It took about another 15-20 minutes just for me to receive my food (I had ordered a medium meal) as I was eating my fries I had noticed that my fries were overcooked, undercooked, and stale. I got maybe one good fry out of my medium meal. I am overly upset with this store definitely do not recommend.
