Poor service, don't pay attention and don't want to get order. Drink machine out of a lot of drinks for weeks. I prefer Wendy's but from now on when I'm in Alamosa I'll go to subway.

The food 'hot' on our tray was warm, AT BEST. I stood in line for a minimum of 15 minutes with ONE order in front of me (also standing in line waiting) while the person taking the orders helped the kitchen with orders to not get further backed up. My sandwich was missing bacon, but I was NOT going back to the counter. It literally took more than 30 minutes just to get food ordered and wasn't very good.
The whole floor was very sticky, and around the soda machine was very wet and sticky. The whole area was a safety hazard.

Probably the worst Wendy's experience I've had. Had to wait 25 minutes to order then probably another 15 to get our food (maybe 3 orders ahead of us). When we got our order, it was not correct. They had no lids for any of our cups. Lastly, the AC was either not working or they didn't turn it on.

The burgers were decent. We went through the drive-thru so the service was okay. One thing is a chili tasted nasty it was too watery and barely had any taste. I understand you have to abide by recipes, but this chili was not good at all.
