Went through the drive thru at 9:30pm 9/17/2024. The fries seemed like they had been sitting for a while and a few of them were still half cooked. My whole meal was room temperature.
When I go to Wendy's, the food is always good quality, and the employees are polite and professional. The only problem I have with the place is that every time I go there, I'm bothered by the manager yelling at and degrading the employees. You can hear it from the lobby while you eat, and it's always the same manager. She's a heavy-set woman with dark hair, and she's always either sitting in the lobby, or in the kitchen treating her employees like trash,...
Visited on Tuesday, August 22nd around 1:45pm and was genuinely impressed by how polite, professional, and fast the drive-through staff at both windows were. Not only was the service outstanding, but we were also pleasantly surprised by how fresh and substantial both the Pecan Walnut Salad and Cobb salads were! This Wendy’s far exceeded our expectations!
