The cinnamon rolls are incredible. I loved the glaze on top which added a nice texture and beautiful, slightly caramel flavour. Also enjoyed a strawberry and rhubarb danish. The fruit worked well together and pastry was a delight. Finished with a pistachio croissant. Also good although I think would do better with a lower temperature second bake as it had dried out a little. Still enjoyable though but not the same league as the roll. Will certainly be back to try some sourdough and get more cinnamon rolls!

Best ham & cheese croissant of my life, hands down. I’m seriously so impressed they can bake like that at 10,000 feet. Next time I’m near South Park I’m going out of my way to come back

I'm writing this review as I finish up my warm chocolate chip cookie, and let me tell you.. fantastic. We stopped in after a long hike in the area and got a couple of their best sellers, the chocolate chip cookie and the cinnamon roll. Neither made it very long before we dug in. 10/10. Make a special trip for this gem. (We'll be back tomorrow ☺️)
Edit: we did indeed return today and got the tomato and nectarine with basil and ricotta on puff pastry. CRAZY!! Incredible. Thanks for the great eats. We will be back next time we're in town!

These croissants are the best I have ever had. We got a seasonal baguette sandwich with ham, apples, free cheese the baguette was cooked perfectly, and it made my wife weep tears of joy.
We stopped here on our way to Breckenridge and we will definitely be back. This small sourdough bakery in Alma m, Colorado has seasonal sandwiches, coffee, baked goods with sourdough, the most amazing croissants, cinnamon rolls, focaccia, traditional sourdough boules, just to name a few things.
We will be back!!

Line was out the door and rightfully so!!! What a beautiful bakery . A must stop on the way to or from places or if you’re staying in Alma like we did for the bluegrass festival. Deliciously unique selection savory and sweet. Light and fluffy , crispy and delicate. Best bakery we’ve been to in Colorado ! This place is a must stop! The cutest shop that smells heavenly as soon as you enter, you soon see the quality baked goods in here live up to the hype. From pastries, to croissants, to loaves, this place has beautiful and unique variety that some Denver bakeries could only dream about. Don’t sleep on this gem of a bakery!

Awesome Sourdough and pastries, order ahead and enjoy. TSA inspected my carry on at the airport and before opening asked do you have bread in there…and then said it smells amazing, don’t eat it all at once. 😆

Visited this little bakery across from The Black Kettle Coffee Shop and so glad we did! We got the spinach and feta croissant with a chocolate chip cookie. The croissant was 🤌🏼😮💨 so crispy, soft in the middle, savory and fresh. Can’t wait to come back to try their fresh baked breads and other pastries! Paired well with our coffee from The Black Kettle Coffee Shop.
