Best ham & cheese croissant of my life, hands down. I’m seriously so impressed they can bake like that at 10,000 feet. Next time I’m near South Park I’m going out of my way to come back
I'm writing this review as I finish up my warm chocolate chip cookie, and let me tell you.. fantastic. We stopped in after a long hike in the area and got a couple of their best sellers, the chocolate chip cookie and the cinnamon roll. Neither made it very long before we dug in. 10/10. Make a special trip for this gem.

Also enjoyed a strawberry and rhubarb danish. The fruit worked well together and pastry was a delight.
Finished with a pistachio croissant. Also good although I think would do better with a lower temperature second bake as it had dried out a little. Still enjoyable though but not the same league as the roll.
