We've eaten here a number of times and we absolutely love it. This most recent time we had a group of 9 and Emily was the only server working. She did an amazing job of staying on top of everything despite it being a busy lunch rush. The burgers are delicious. They don't have a ton of vegetarian options, but enough to enjoy a meal out in Alma. Definitely recommend going to the highest saloon in North America.

Came here on Sunday. They had football on the TV, and my Houston Texans were on, great start! The owner, Dan, was awesome. He took excellent care of us. I had the burger, and it was one of the best burgers I've had, so juicy and seasoning was spot on, perfect med rare. The cheesteak was amazing too, my wife had that. Onion rings and fries are excellent. Beers and drinks were good too. I have zero complaints. Fresh local homecooked foods in the middle of nowhere 10,000 ft up, can't beat that! You have to stop here if you are in Alma or passing thru, you won't be disappointed. I hope we come back again one day. I will be craving that burger. 10/10

Disgraceful. The service person was running ragged working alone as the owner sat at the bar oblivious to her plight and to the quality of service to his guests.. she informed us there was no fried food available. ( Poor management). We ordered hamburgers. They came with a small handful of potato chips the hamburger rolls looked like the silly little rolls they served in a school cafeteria... It was disgraceful.... Again indicative of neglect and indifference by the owner.. The South Park saloon has been good in the past. Perhaps if they could fire the owner it would be better!!

I try to stop in every time I come through! A great place in a fun little town.
We hiked Decalibron today and found this place as soon as you exit the dirt road into the main road out of Alma. It's an Excellent place to grab a cold beer and basic food. We had chicken tenders -- so crispy and good! Also had cheese pizza with jalapenos. Love the super thin crust new York style pizza pie. Two of us finished the whole thing! It was nice and crispy, delicious and so satisfying especially after our hike. I'd dine here again. Our waitress was also very kind and sweet. Great place for quick food.

Amazing pizza and great, chill atmosphere! Lovely little local spot. We try to snag a pizza and beer here before heading out to camp and it always hits the spot. We always do the choose your own toppings with pepperoni, sausage, and green olives and they are pretty heavy handed with the toppings. Love the staff and the clientele are always equally as great.
