Wow! Thank you for having so many gluten free options. I have Celiac, so eating out is really challenging. I was expecting to only have salad as an option but you had so many warm foods to offer that were gluten free.

Your staff was friendly, hard working and the food tasted so fresh and well made.

Yucky Bad chuckwagon food. Pulled pork floating in way to much red sauce, super sugary, exact flavor of grocery store tub barbeque. Even husband Couldn't eat it and he loves bbq. Pulled pork would be better with sauce on the side instead of candied. It wasn't advertised "turkey" meatloaf anywhere so we didn't eat that...thought it was beef as it did not look appealing and it had red sauce all over it, too. No, no ribs! Grilled Chicken extremely dry and mumified, thought it tasted dry roasted. Well, He hates enchiladas by the way...so husband went away hungry. He ate only salad after tasting. All our pork was wasted. I Choked down the dry chicken. There is cold peas for a side no green beans. If your diabetic, hyperglycemic, or older you cant eat this. ...will have tiny strips of dehydrated overly dry chicken to eat with not even any tortillas or cheese to make a burrito or a decent chicken salad. Just lettuce no toppings other than old seeds and croutons. The husband found one cherry tomato. Won't be back anytime soon. ? The Truckk initially reached out to us with a standard message. I certainly hope they plan to improve this hot mess. Servers are now living in the historic buildings....so don't go look too closely at those old buildings! ?

A great stop on the railroad. Facilities are fine, the preserved buildings are interesting. The star of the show is the lunch served, and the "What the Truck" caterers are fantastic. Quick and well organized. Especially impressive was the food sensitivities board for anyone who needed it.

Dietary restrictions: Good information on food contents.

you need more shops but at decent prices.. more shops to accommodate the crowds and lines that deter purchases..
