I'm hoping it was just a bad day...
Crust 10/10. Perfect đ
Sauce 2/10. Too sweet
Cheese 2/10. Tasted like fat free mozzarella
I was pretty excited to try this pizza but for sure disappointed in the flavor đ
arrived at 8pm on Sat and they turned off the lights when we parked đ

Came here for a family gathering and was yelled at by the female manager multiple times. We bough a LOT of pizza but were treated like trash even though the place was empty. My kids were yelled at for sitting at the gaming machines because they didnât have any more quarters. There were no other kids. That woman is insufferable. The pizza is so good but sheâs just not worth it if youâre dining in.
Kid-friendliness: She hates kids. Donât bother even trying to bring them in.

The pizza is garbage and insanely overpriced, but even worse management/owner (older lady) was just plain rude. It never seems busy which tells me a lot. The fact that you can get 100x better pizza service about anywhere else makes me wonder how this place has stuck around. But I know their main customer are the high school kids who would honestly eat a fried boot if it was cheap and came with the right sauce. Skip this place, just get a smoothie or bbq.
Kid-friendliness: This place is NOT kid friendly. Owner/management does NOT like kids and makes it very well known the moment you park and your children step down and towards the door.

This is the go to place for a slice. 7 bucks got me two monster cheese slices. They didn't even charge tax. 7 bucks even. In today's economy, the value is more than justified. The quality of the pizza was very good if you like traditional New York style slices. Highly recommend if you want to stop in for a quick slice!

Irrational pi! Website states cost 30% lower and then when you expect them to honor the contract, they put it back on you with âthe website says itâs going to be updatedâ. A clear cut case of CHEESEFLATION! The pizza is good but at less than half the price, Dominos is good enough.

been going here for years and this is just good old-fashioned football style pizza on the Portnoy scale. Their Buffalo wings are lights out. Thatâs why they usually sell out and Greek salad is always good. Never had a messed up order or bad food in 3+ years.

One of my favorite N.Y. style pizza places in town!
Huge slices, and all the toppings choices are generously added.
They offer Dine in, takeout and delivery.
Nice people and quick counter service.

Where to start with this placeâŠI have only been to this location twice and that is honestly two too many!
The first time I visited this location I took my son who has never had Aboâs before, I grew up on it in Boulder. We walked in, we were not greeted by the high school kids because they were all to busy talking and on their phones, the older woman that works there just looked up with a scowl on her face and went back to flipping the dough she had in her hand. We ordered, the young girl at the register was nice but really could have cared less about us being there. We sat down after getting our drinks and waited for our pizza. Pizza came, my son was in heaven, I was a happy dad. I got up for a refill and happened to catch a gentlemen, come to find out late he was the owner, and asked about delivery. He told me they only deliver 3 miles from the restaurant, not knowing for sure the exact distance but thinking it was pretty close (4.2 miles 8 minutes away just fyi) asked if they would deliver to the baseball fields off 44th just west of McIntyre (Tony Grampsas). He condescendingly said âwe donât deliver more than 3 miles, thatâs too far!â My reply was âokay, didnât know it was that far away, just thought Iâd ask, thanks.â I wasnât going to waste my time mentioning that I would be ordering for kids baseball games and probably ordering 15-20 pizzas at $25 each so you can do the math, I guess they do so well they donât need my business every weekend we play there.
Fast forward to tonightâŠ.my son (10 years old) and I finish at the baseball field and decide we will have some pizza and he wants Aboâs again. Itâs 7ish so I try to call ahead and the line is busy which I can understand and respect. I try another 4-5 times as we are driving, still busy, oh well maybe I can order online? I really donât want to be that guy that shows up last minute and orders a whole pie 15 mins before closing. I go onlineâŠ.Arvada doesnât do online ordering, ok letâs call againâŠline is still busy. My son and I arrive at the restaurant at 7:43pm and they are suppose to close at 8pm. We walk up and they are closed already, no sign in the window stating why they are closed early or anything like that. We can see the woman behind the counter and she looks at us and gestures her hand across her throat and I say to my son âlooks like they are closed buddy, sorryâ. Then I see the man (owner) inside motioning to us to come in so we walk in. He comes out from behind the counter with an attitude explaining that they are closed because that have a GAS LEAK so they had to shut down the ovens which I replied âoh ok no problem, no big deal, we just werenât sure why you all were closed so earlyâ. He then got even more of an attitude explaining that they have been super busy and blah blah blah and I said that must have been why we were not able to get though when well tried to call and I also mentioned that we tried to do online which he promptly and rudely said we donât do online which I replied that I saw that simply trying to explain that we had tried to get an order in earlier. He continued with his attitude as he walked us out the door and as my son and I were standing in the parking lot listening to him he began to raise his voice at me in front of my son. The comment that sent me over the edge as he was raising his voice at me for no good reason in front of my son was âYOU PEOPLE come in here and talk SH!T to meâŠâ First off let me make this VERY CLEAR I am a white male, my son is white and part Hispanic, the man who owns this Aboâs location is a light skinned African American male. I am not sure who he is referring to when he says âYOU PEOPLEâ but I did not raise my voice, I did not say anything rude or inappropriate to this man, I did not insinuate anything, I simply stated that I called ahead and was unable to get ahold of anyone. So he is busy yelling at me and I have raised my voice as I am defending myself and the woman comes out from inside and looks at my son and says to him âYour dad is an a$$h0/e yelling like this in front of you!â
