Got my order wrong through Uber eats and then I found a hair in the rest of my food I called and they remade everything on the spot plus gave me a chocolate ice cream thing when I came in, I appreciate the manager Sergio who was able to make my order right 🙂

Date night with my wife!! Great service, wonderful food , all around fantastic customer service!! Very clean and professional! The manager even came by our table to make sure everything was in order!! Wonderful place!!

Thomas the server was dressed like Mrs. Doubtfire. And he was very nice and funny. Not to mention the Fiesta lime chicken and the long islands were on point!! Happy Halloween!

We had to wait nearly an hour for our food. Was not the waitress fault, but it was a Friday. They should have more kitchen staff.
I will say the new Grilled Cheese Burger was delicious!

First, our waitress Johanna was just superb - great personality, full of energy and checking on us thru out meal.
Had the salmon dinner, which was cooked just right and garlicky green beans, and coleslaw and just the right amount for dinner

Update: My concern's were heard and addressed by higher ups. Which I am satisfied with. That in itself makes a difference!

First off let me say mike the manager and the other staff were wonderful and sweet, but our server Tiffany was awful. It all started out fine, until I found hair in my salad. Not one, but several. Mike was kind enough to take this off our bill and this is where we started having issues. Tiffany barely checked on us, when bringing us our entrees no apologies no acknowledgement of what happened. Fine I figured if she wasn't told I'd address it at check out. We had to ask her to bring the check as she kept walking away, which she was visibly annoyed when we stated we wanted it split. When she brought the check she did not take the free appetizer off and got an attitude stating she needed to see the email, no problem this was something we mentioned when ordering. While my friend was trying to pull up the email again she huffed and said she'd be back. No problem, I get it she has other tables. We waited 10-15 minutes watching as she attended to everyone else and ignoring us. Finally I had to get the attention of another staff to go get her. When she came back whoa boy she was pissed and she wasn't going to try and hide it. We paid and even spoke with Mike about our displeasure who apologized. I've made a complaint to corporate, but if you get this server just know of you have any issues it it will cause her to have a nasty attitude and will make it known she's not happy.

I was only waiting at the curb side Togo for a minute or two before they brought me my food and made sure I had everything I need to eat it at home.

Potent margaritas lol!!

Excellent food and service. The bacon cheese burger with fries was amazing. The manager actually visited the table to inquire how everything was. That just never happens at other restaurants anymore.

This is the second time in a row I have had an awful experience at an Applebee's. I walked out of the Aurora location months ago, had say for almost 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging our presence or simply bring out a water. Our experience at this location wasn't much different. Staff was incredibly slow and the food was laughably bad, I ordered the chicken fingers platter, it came out without the side of slaw or was supposed to have, the fries were cold and the chicken fingers were the size of my finger. Will not be back to any location moving forward, this chain is just garbage now.
