I am VERY disappointed. I am newly diabetic and have to take insulin if I eat out now because of carbs. If I am going to treat myself which I rarely do now I decide what restaurant is really worth it since I know I am going to have to take my fast acting insulin. Today I chose Arby's just to get the worst beef and cheddar I have ever got and cold fries. The beef on the beef and cheddar was literally dried out and looked and felt like beef jerky. The ketchup dispenser was filled with watery ketchup. I am so upset I chose to take my insulin for this. Very disappointed and regret my decision.

Ordered a french dip tonight, got home and no au jus sauce for the french dip. So for now on I'll sit in the drive through lane, un wrap each sandwich, tast every drink before I move. Sorry people behind me!

It's and Arby's. The greek gyro, classic roast beef, and jalapeno poppers delivered as always. My only issue is price. I could have sworn that the classic Arby's roast beef was affordable at some point. Maybe I am wrong... One star off for price, but the food and service were fine.

There are very large RATS crawling all over the dumpsters and area around the back of this building WOULD NOT EAT HERE BACK DOOR WAS STANDING WIDE OPEN.

Absolutely horrible. I give food a 2 because it at least is warm but I just ordered from Grub hub and I'm going there next but when I got the Greek gyros, I ordered two gyros, a large I'm curly fries and a large strawberry lemonade, what I got was a medium lemonade and a 1/4ths of the fries.

Was in the drive thru at 946 am and sat there for almost 10 minutes and still nobody acknowledged me or tried to take my order. I'm here almost everyday and spend allot of money here. I guess I can find another drive thru that is actually open on time. The drive thru was supposed to be open at 930. Also some of the crew act like it's a bother to serve customers. FYI I finally left the drive thru at 956 am without my food. Thanks for ruining my morning. Now I have to go to work without lunch.
