Was served a roast beef sandwich which was clearly microwaved. The meat was dry and crusty, the bread was extremely stale and tasted horrible. The fish sandwich was soggy and cold in the middle, assuming it was not fried long enough. Had to repeat my order at the window because whoever took it at the drive thru menu failed to listen and take my order. It's pretty pathetic when you can't get fast food correct.

I ordered the roast beef sandwich, fries and a drink. Everything was cooked well.Building and bathroom were clean. Cashier was friendly but they were out of Penny's so I paid $0.02 more.I was disappointed I had to use the app to get my birthday reward so I didn't get the free cookies. He asked if I wanted to buy cookies - no thanks!

This place is the worst the shift manager that worked Friday night is the worst manager I have ever dealt with......I will tell you this right now I will never go back to Arby's........p.s there is a great sandwich shop named snarfs 8 blocks away. .. go there
I love love the Ruben sandwiches. And the chicken strips were very good too.Parking: We normally go through the drive through. But we went inside to eat this time. It was awesome.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it is wheelchair friendly.
I love spending almost $60 on a door dash order to have to then drive to the restaurant and pick up the rest of my order to then come home to cold fries and a lukewarm sandwich. All because we can’t read an order and double check to make sure it’s all in there before door dash picks it up. Thank you, Arby’s for the stress free night after a long week! And my favorite part! Being treated like I’m the jerk when I was really mad I had to go get the rest of my order…again. Yup. Happens everytime.
