Yo, this food truck line is fire. ANY location with "el oso" will not disappoint with Barbacoa. They do one thing and one thing only so dont come asking for al pastor. But i want to say they are second to none in within 1000 miles

The most authentic and best barbacoa in Denver! A hidden gem.For $5 you get a good sized, delicious barbacoa burrito with onions, cilantro and cabbage. Their hot sauce is on point too but beware it is ACTUALLY spicy. A little goes a long way and I love spice.Swing in next time you’re in the neighborhood, you won’t regret it!

This is the most fire barbacoa I've had in Denver. The tortas are sublime.
