Just tried to visit 2 minutes before 9pm. Driving by the window the open light was on, but as soon as we got to the door the lady came out and told us if we weren’t for uber or DoorDash they were closed. Their door said 10pm. Their website says 10pm. Wild.

This is our neighborhood ice cream place so we come here fairly often. Went there tonight and all of the ice cream cases are covered with numerous pride flags. Don’t need my ice cream with your social virtue signaling. Will be heading someplace else from here on out.

I normally LOVE this BR, been coming to this particular one since I have lived in Arvada, so 7 years to be exact. I have never had an issue here, until today. Walked in, there were 2 young girls behind the counter. Usually when I walk in, they say, welcome in, and if they are busy will say, we will be right with you. Not one word uttered. I stood there at least 5 minutes, 2 girls helping one other customer in front of me. FINALLY, they rung her order up on the register, another older lady walked in, they never even took another look at me, instantly said to the lady, what can we get you???? The other customer who had already been helped, looked at them, pointed to me to let them know that I had already been waiting, they still didn't look at me, so I guess I won't be back!!!

Placed my order at 9:30 pm through the website The website and the sign on the store said open till 10pm. Email confirmation said ready at 9:45. Was closed when I pulled up at 9:40. Took my money. No ice cream. 😔

Horrible business practices. Stealing people’s money. If your website says you are open till 10 and you allow orders to be placed for pickup at 9, then why are you closed at 9:15 when we go to pickup the order? Not only that, but your ordering system had no problem taking our money for an order we couldn’t even get.

If your going to close an hour early PLEASE shut off your tablet or whatever you gotta do to stop delivery orders from being placed! You all may not care but time is money for delivery drivers, we do not get paid an hourly wage, and we pay for our own gas (on all platforms) so not only did i just waste my gas driving here for the girls inside to say they are closed but i also do not get paid one cent for my time! Also any other orders that were not available for offers in other areas therefore i missed out on actual paying deliveries! Please have some consideration for delivery drivers.
On 4 different occasions this Baskin Robbins has cancelled my order at the last minute. They allow the order to go through and for a delivery person to get to the parking lot (I see it on the app) and at the last moment, cancel. Most restaurants close delivery in the area at 9:30pm or 10pm. When they do this, I can’t order from anywhere until the next day. Definitely DON’T order from here. Awful way to run a restaurant in the modern era when a huge portion of customers use delivery.

Online server didn't work for ordering a cake since Thursday. Refused take order over the phone and asked to come in to order a cake. Then wants to be rude and ask are you sure you didn't call someone else? No I'm sure you are the same rude rep I talked to Friday about this not willing to help. Old blonde/white haired lady is the rudest rep you could have on staff and others are completely incompetent when asking spacefically for a ROLLED LOG CAKE, sets a completely different cake aside for me.

5-29-2024 about 3pm2 beautiful ladies one younger gentleman at about 3pm today I stopped cause it's my birthday figured I'd treat myself since my day didn't turn out as planned. They just put a smile on my face made me feel special and I really needed that! I apologize for not catching names. I will definitely be back soon to update this properly! I hope you get this! The ice cream unbelievable it has always been my favorite of all times. Thank you for brightening my day that was glumy! ?❤️
