I came here right at open to get my daughter a treat. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. It’s a little pricey but we still enjoyed the ice cream.

Rarely these days do you find young kids with proper customer service and respect. I have been here twice in the last year. Both times I was greeted respectfully and asked if I wanted to try anything. The two young girls working there were patient with my kids while they take forever to pick and then they thanked me for my purchase and asked us to come back. Stoked about this experience!

The kids at the counter were all nice. But after spending almost $40 I requested a glass of water and was told that I had to buy a bottle 16 oz for $2.70. Hope the $2.70 was worth losing a customer.

This place is great. I had recently initially ordered an ice cream cake of a size that I thought would be a normal size cake. Come to find out when I went to pick it up, it was not the size that I had wanted, it was smaller. I had asked if I can a bigger size cake, and they were so nice, they said yes. Luckily there was a cake similar to what I had wanted in their freezer, and I decided to go with that one instead. They did not charge me for the original cake I had ordered, thank goodness, as the bigger cake was more expensive. They also were able to write out the message on the cake as to what I had wanted on the original. Thank you for your great customer service, Baskin Robbins. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins for their courteous and great customer service to their customers. Thank you!

Ice cream as usual is great! Got in at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. Closes at 10 pm. They were still busy. Made no sense why we were told we cannot sit inside after 9 pm while we are still enjoying our ice cream.Would appreciate clarification why this is the case. Looking at previous reviews, seems like rules are made up depending on the mood and/or which way the wind blows.

I have been coming here since it opened! The service is always wonderful. It is always cleanly and any cake design I have wanted has been met and in fact exceeded my expectations. I have spoken with both owners, Trish and Andy, on a few occasions and they have always been friendly. This establishment makes it clear that customer service, cleanliness, and awesome and delicious products are paramount!

Terrible management- they hire kids just to bully them. When did ice cream become so dramatic. Trish likes to tell children how to be good humans ( even though she is not a good human herself) just call the location and if Trish answers she will be sure to become confrontational with you immediately if you ask for her name….Don’t have a billing issue with these ladies, they will inform their employees to ignore phone calls to avoid refunding money or being decent. They literally put customers names above their phones and tell you not to answer for certain people.. This is not where anyone needs to learn to be a good functioning human.My 15 year old son sent an amazing resignation letter and was met with parenting tips on how to be a better employee and person. when ask by an adult what Trish meant by her comments she became confrontational and called my child a pos…. She told me he was telling everyone he was looking for a new job and that was sooooo unprofessional of him that he should do better next time????? Seriously? Not a call in, not disrespecting anyone, but you’re so right TRISh. When she walked up on me and I told her I was not going to fight her. She became even more condescending and confrontational. Funny part is she waited until I left the shop to call the police and falsely report that I harassed her. All to pick up his final paycheck which we still have not received… Thankfully I have it all on video…. Now Trish is withholding his last paycheck - these woman are horrible. If you don’t believe us just ask the last 12 employees that quit. Ouch ice cream has never been so salty

Website says open till 10. Showed up at 905 and was closed. Workers there looked like they don't care. Terrible!

We stopped at this location last night at 9:40 and they had already closed. The website says they are open until 10:00. The worker was still there and just looked at us like they could have cared less. Hope management sees this post

We stopped in to end our date night with a sweet treat! Isaiah was who served us and they were just wonderful! I got the best milkshake I've ever had and my spouse got his requested waffle bowl in a unique manner that worked with our to go dilemma! We stop here often and always enjoy our experience!!!THANK YOU!!! Until next time!!

I have been a loyal customer to this location for 6 years, until now. Will never go again even if I have cash. The store had a glitch in the credit card system, and I was charged 37 times. It is now over 3 months and I have not been reimbursed. The owners told me that they called their CC company and the company had to deal with it and they could not reimburse me. The owners told me that I need to call their CC company they go through for charges and have them fix it. That they have called and worked on it for hours. So, I have had to deal with their CC company, not mine. I have had to dispute it through my CC company and it has been a mess on my CC company side. I have spent hours and hours dealing with this. No follow up from the owners of this Baskin Robbins, they have not offered me anything. Terrible way to treat a customer. You think as a business owner, they would care a little bit more about business. I was charged over $250 for one ice cream cone. Plus daily interest.

the 2 managers (andi and trish) are disgusting and they accuse there employees of horrible things that make them want to quit do not support this store.
