Visiting from out of town, I was looking for a coffee spot that wasn’t Starbucks but still had a drive-through—and this place was perfect. I ordered an oat milk mocha latte, and the woman who took my order was friendly and efficient. Service was quick and welcoming.
The latte was memorably good—I finished it far too fast and immediately wished I’d ordered a larger size. I’ve been thinking about it since getting home and will absolutely stop here again next time I’m in town.

Drinks are alright but nowhere near good enough to compensate for the poor attitudes of employees. I placed an online order at 1:24 and went in at 1:30 just to see if any of the three drinks were made. The woman working the bar looked confused that there were other orders than what was coming from the drive through, and stated she didn’t start our drinks yet. Whatever, not a big deal, now she knows right? Nope went in 1:38 and she said our drinks were still not started and mumbled some excuse I could not understand/hear. You’d think after 8 minutes, at least one of the drinks would have been made.
We decided to go through the drive through since that seemed like the only solution to receiving our drinks within a timely manner. There were two cars in front of us already passed by the speaker. The woman working the drive through, stated that two of our drinks were made. However, 30 seconds prior to entering the drive through, the lady working the bar said she hadn’t even started them. So clearly these employees were lying. I believe the woman at the drive through was trying to protect herself from being the face of the mistake from the other employees. When at the window, the woman told us they should be right out. However, we watched them make all 3 in the time we were at the window. I do believe shots began pouring and sugar was in cups as we arrived to window from the speaker, but nothing was combined till we were at the window. I would like to state that I worked at Starbucks, I am not sure how similar the processes are between black rock and starbucks but a latte is a latte, process is pretty straightforward. The woman at the window was kind and actually seemed frustrated at the girl working the bar. The long haired blonde who was wearing a denim cap and jeans was the one who was standoffish, non communicative, and kind of rude when telling us the drinks were not made, and then mumbling reasons why they were not made. Perhaps this blonde lady was fresh out of training, however there still should have been somebody to communicate “thank you for your patience, we are learning and getting the hang of it”. Quite frankly, the blonde woman could have communicated this herself, if this was the case, but I guess other employees are now needed for the communication of the pathetic and incompetent workers.

I've been here just three or four times and every single time the coffee takes so long that it just doesn't make sense. Nobody else is as slow. Today I ordered one coffee at 12:19 and there were just three cars ahead of me and I didn't get my coffee until 12:32 Crazy! I do not recommend.

The staff was friendly, but the cinnamon roll and bagels weren't fresh. We probably won't be back.

Some of my favorite things about this place is the variety they offer and that they give you the option to adjust the sweetness level of your drink. The staff is also super friendly and they do a great job keeping the place clean. The only reason for the 4/5 stars is because of the poor quality matcha lattes I've been receiving lately. The ratio of matcha to milk has been wayyy off- to the point it's practically just extra sugary oatmilk (that also happens to cost $7).
Again, the staff here is great and they have lots of neat flavor options if you like trying different things. I just wouldn't recommend any of the matcha products. At least for the time being.

burritos were still frozen in the middle and our food and drinks sat ready for nearly five minutes before they called it out. not nearly good enough for the price we paid.

My drink was delicious! I'm so happy they have an option for half sweet :) It was the perfect balance of espresso, flavor, and cream!
Black rock is a bit more expensive than Starbucks when it comes to americanos, but I love the espresso they have, it's strong, not bitter, and doesn't have the weird aftertaste some coffeeshops have (iykyk)
Baristas are always nice, and when using order ahead, my drinks are always ready without fail, on time!
Plus, their sticker game is in a different league than dutch bros, the artwork is always so fun!

Every-time I come to this location they don’t make my fuelrita correctly :( Super disappointing especially since I don’t always have time to turn around and get it remade.

This used to be my favorite place. But when you get charged for a medium coffee with an extra shot with light ice and leave the drive thru with a cup full of ice and a splash of coffee and where is my extra shot..?????? I told the gentleman that is was way to much ice. He said it would do better next time. So I come back this morning to be charged an extra $1.00 for no ice. To make things worse the milk in my Latte is curdled! I can't even drink this $10 coffee! I can't do this anymore!

The coffee is very good, and the people are nice...which doesn't matter of you can't get the coffee home! I bought 3 drinks - that I waited 18 minutes for - for my employees, and 2 went into a cup carrier. I walked 40 yards to my store, and the handle came right off the cheap paper cup carrier. Coffee everywhere. It obviously cannot hold the weight of the coffee, so why have it?! Ridiculous... it's not for show, it's use to transport expensive cups of coffee!
The 2 drinks went on the floor of my store, during Friday rush hour, compounding the issue, as if dropping it isn't enough. Not to mention the embarrassment of a Regional Manager who can't even hold on to drinks in his own store. And I had to handle yhe employee clean it up - yes, clean up the coffee I bought for her, that she didn't get to drink- to add insult to injury.
Not to mention it took 18 minutes standing inside for 3 cups - at 10:30am! Everyone in the drive thru was served before I was. Everyone.
A good gesture of buying coffee for my employees turned into an embarrassing, ridiculous event, and costly as I'm out my $20 on TOP of every thing else.
Keep your coffee - Starbucks is right across the street. At least they would have remade it for me.
