Blackjack Pizza & Salads

We Loveee Blackjacks! My dad's favorite pizza and ours (husband, toddler & I) as well! We keep coming back for more. We order at least every 3 months if not every month & the people are so polite, in fact my husband recognized one of the delivery people tonight when we ordered. Last time we forgot our salad and drink and the delivery person went to grab it and drove all the way back to our house to deliver. We love not that far away but still these people are so nice and the pizza & creepy break sticks are always warm, fresh and delicious. You don't give them enough credit seriously. Btw ALWAYS FRESH!!! We'll definitely be back for more, our toddler is obsessed with cheese especially cheesy pizza ❤️ Highly Recommend!

The pizza was good but this particular store didn't put extra cheese or extra sausage that I paid for ,I don't think these pizza makers read the orders correct or just don't care!

We had an order go awry tonight, but the peeps at Blackjack completely made it right and helped us out a bunch. The food we had after the problem was fixed was amazing. 5 out of 5 stars for great customer service ans offering an amazing product

I have been a customer for almost 3 years and most of the time service is good. It took 2 hours for me to get my pizza. Pizza tasted old and was cold when it got to my house. When I called they told me 45 minutes they should of let me know it would be 2 hours

Served us a burnt pizza. So burnt the bottom was straight black. Why would you even sell that!? Wow. Never ever again. Smh!

Stop ordering through 3rd parties because they continually screw up your orders. Go through the businesses themselves. Thank you for making everything right and i will continue to order directly through the company from now on.

UPDATE! Once again, Blackjack is amazing. On 9/13, I ordered a regular size salad and received a single size salad. I called, and they made everything right and went above and beyond what I was asking for. I really do appreciate customer service to this degree. Thank you again, and I will continue to order from the 75th/Sheridan location. Great food and amazing customer service!!! Thank you to the crew at the Arvada location. I truly appreciate you all!!

The pizza was crispy like I liked it, but it was VERY overpriced for the quantity and flavor... Also, I paid extra for garlic and basil, and the pizza clearly didn't have that on the pizza.

Repeated tried to get a menu with prices and could NOT. With each attempt, the first option was to order from a store in Florida. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot is going on??

I asked for delivery because my neighbor and I were fixing the brakes on my car. We ran into an issue with the calipers. Tom showed up with the pizza, recognized my vehicle as being the newest Chevy Impala, and immediately went to his trunk and grabbed the tool that my friend was on his way to purchase.He was expedient and mindful that he had more deliveries, but willing to take some time to help with our conundrum. Thanks Tom!!Pizza was good, as always. Tom was amazing for the service he provided both professionally and personally!!
