I ordered the jackpot, paid extra for add ons and then didn't receive the main jackpot ingredients.
My pizza was an hour late.
This was the worst pizza I have had in years

Be sure to check your order before you leave. Entire items and sauces as well are frequently "forgotten".
You'll stand in the lobby 5-15 minutes waiting to pick up your order that's already ready.
Frequently lies about getting online orders, then refuses to allow pickup after payment was already made.

Don't order from this place. Pizza arrived two hours after we ordered it, after we already ate something else because it took so long. We tried to call and their phones were dead. Delivery person was oblivious to our plight. This place has been blowing it for years, shame on me for going back to them expecting an improvement.

We started coming here often like once a week after my husband found out this location brought the bread branches back. He ate them all the time when he high-school, 25 years ago. So he was so happy when they came back. We just found out they removed them again. Super bummed now. Had to take a star away as the bread branches are a huge reason we came to this location. Bring them back for good and I'll give the star back

I haven’t had Blackjack Pizza in a long time and was very happy with my experience. I ordered a large pan pizza and an antipasto salad. The pizza was cooked nicely and had full coverage of topping with an appropriate amount of sauce and cheese. I was happy with the selection of toppings. The salad was full in the container and also had the right amount of toppings. I’m sure the Italian dressing was likely premade, but it’s a good, traditional dressing. The delivery arrived on time and the driver was very friendly. My pizza also arrived hot!

I will never eat here again. I immediately started feeling sick yesterday after eating here then spent the night violently throwing up and diarrhea. I had the Worst food poisoning. I’m reporting to the health department!! Never again!

The place is filthy. I felt dirty standing in there. and the cashier looked like they hadn't showered in a few days.
Pizza was okay, fair price.
