I've been coming here for years and as of late, both the quality of food and customer service have gone completely down the drain. I wanted to continue to like this spot, but they're officially terrible. The manager clearly doesn't care about making anyone happy, so definitely save your money.

Stay far away from this place. Fries are soggy and barely cooked, chicken is floppy and taste like they are injected with hormones. They try to save themselves with sauce and expect you to dip this garbage to forget what you're eating. Customer service seems to also be at an all time low run by incompetent people who always seem disinterested in helping you. Don't bother. If you want good wings or chicken tenders go to KING OF WINGS.

The food was amazing the Mac and cheese so creamy and cheesy like chick fil a. The chicken tenders are juicy crunchy and spicy. I was so shocked on how good their food was well worth the money and time to try it out. Customer service was great and food came very quickly will come again.

Me and my family came into the restaurant for our first time to eat blazing chicken. My family and I was super excited the experience was very unacceptable. As soon as it was our turn for my family and I to order we were rudely stared down and not help properly because we were African American. I spent 120 dollars to be not serviced properly and overcharged. The lady in the front had a language barrier and she did not understand our order properly. Instead of the cook that was looking at us very dirty as we didn’t belong there she just looked very unpleasant and very mad she had to serve us. I do not recommend BLACKS to go eat here it’s not an diversity atmosphere and there is no support for the cashier. We wanted to eat inside we decided to take it out with us. I rate this place -0. One last thing we also waited over 30 min for our food as they continued to help everyone else but us out the door. The cameras done lie I recommend watching the cameras 4/13/24 around 5:00pm you will see how Raciest the young white lady was towards me and my family. Very sickening!!!!! The food was also given to us very cold and nasty.

This place was awful. The chicken was burnt, and it was obvious that it was from old, burnt oil. Absolutely disgusting. They probably have never filtered it. The sides were also gross, except the mac and cheese was fine. For two people I think we paid close to $40. The experience here, at a place that just recently opened, was simply unacceptable. We won't be back.

Used to be good food blazing Mac was horrible, restaurant was smoked out from the grill. Only redeeming part is the great worker in the front.

Seriously good food. Im an avid and prolific chic-fil-a fan, but blazing birds might just be better. With the recent addition of smashed burgers to their menu...absolute 5 star local favorite.Good customer service, the atmosphere is nice, most importantly the good is mouth watering. (Also dont miss the deep fried oreos)
