The pregnant manager Kay is late term and she turns over a lot of employees. And she is constantly listening in on personal conversations. I've heard it from past customers as well. The bar staff never has a bar back. So they do bar orders, bar back. cleaning and transporting drink glasses and dishes to kitchen. They also wait tables and clean all aspects of the entire bar. They literally do at least 3 jobs at the same time with no additional help. She is the KAREN of managers !! I used to be a dish washer, cook and manager for a famous 24 hr restaurant chain years ago. The place runs better and friendlier when she is not there I know for a fact she has run off many regular customers. I won't be back while she is a manager !!!

After looking for a place to eat, I decided on Bout Time, best decision of the night! I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I really appreciate how attentive Hannah was with me that night, the only server and she was handling it like a boss. Will definitely be going back!

I’ve been coming here with my partner for 5–6 years and we’ve had some amazing memories, largely thanks to great staff and a fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the last four visits have been very disappointing and we won’t be returning.
Restrooms are consistently filthy (strong odor, no paper towels), the floors and counters are sticky, and the place feels generally unclean. On a recent Friday night during a football game, there was only one staff member working for more than 25 patrons, service was understandably slow and the bar looked neglected.
What really hurts is the decline in energy and hospitality. In the past, bartenders like Dennis made sure everyone was taken care of, but now staff avoid eye contact and don’t seem engaged.
This used to be one of our favorite spots, but it’s clear management and scheduling have fallen off. Sad to say we won’t be back, and I’ll be telling friends to look elsewhere.

Had a few drinks- good whiskey selection at the time that was very reasonably priced. Decent bar food. Rooms pretty loud due to its lack of sound deadening & concrete construction but it’s also a bar- so it’s fine.
One of our favs! Great food and the staff is fantastic!

I didn't care for my chicken sandwich because it just wasn't what I expected, however if you are craving a more blackened chicken flavor, it's good. The service is always good and every time I've been it's been pretty quiet and slow
