I have done two online orders at this location and each time the food took at least 30 minutes longer than the prompted time. Some food was hot, some warm, but most cold.The last time we cancelled the order because they kept telling us 5-10 more minutes, three times. The manager said the charge would be taken off the next day, it is four days later and the charge removal has still not been posted. Today he said 5-7 days...which is the norm. Obviously, don't say one thing when it is another.

This location was an amazing place to host an after hours celebration, and the staff and restaurant itself couldn’t have been more accommodating! Very spacious and a very nice environment (for a celebratory dinner at least!)And the staff were so kind and helpful, I wish I could have that same staff again the next time! Absolutely amazing.

Ordered wings to go at 4 pm, and when I got home, I could not eat them. They were obviously left overs from lunch and were like eating beef jerkey. I called and complained to the manager and he laughed. He promised a refund in 5-7 days, but I never received the refund.

Unprepared for the super bowl- food 45 minutes late, arrived cold- 10 containers of sauce missing, dry and cold wings- no one avaialble to pick up phone to fix the situation
UPDATE: Manager made it right on my next visit. That's great customer service.No cool. Not cool at all. $8 for this? Skimping people of the food just because it's delivery. There's no way you would get away with this if it was in the restaurant.

Dinner 10-12-23 our server let us know boneless wings were two for one. So we ordered with three diff spins and sauces. Delicious. Our sever was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately I don't remember her name. If I can find the receipt I will update. Go here for great wings and other foods!
