It’s hit or miss. But the Hispanic people lately have been very friendly. Which is nice. They finally have ice cream. It must have been down for a while. The fries though. And it’s not their fault. They just don’t taste good. Wouldn’t even want them if they were free. What is BK frying them in? Taste is just off. Blech 🤢! Can you look into a better oil to fry fries in? Anyway, if you have an issue, you can use the BK app to make a comment and they usually make it right with a credit. Don’t call the actual restaurant cause they usually cannot help. Go to your actual BK app to the contact option and tell them the issue and you will get some kind of credit. Same thing with other apps. Like Chipotle for example.

We just went through drive thru at 9:05pm 9n Mothers day(5/11/25). The guy working was AWESOME. We didn't catch his name but he was probably early to mid 20s and Hispanic. Everything was fresh, he was friendly. We almost gave up on this BK. He renewed it.

Bit ridiculous they have featured listed items and dont have the items and this has been three times thruought the last two weeks. And thats just featured items like the fried pickles. They CONSTANTLY dont have the soda thing full or options to drink. Its always completely empty. That's not a hyperbole. Thats the machine or them without drinks. Tho theyll be sure to sell you a drink cup you just wont get anything. I didn't even bother this time after seeing it empty again. Just left the cup and left the store tired of this location. I advise everyone to find a new BK or eat somewhere else. This aint it

This place is so run down..seems dirty...no signage...and the worst Whopper Juniors...keep driving, this place is no longer good...How old are these stale buns??? PS...not my first time at this location to get icky food ..you guys gotta do better...I kept trying but end of the line for me at this location... 3.0 rating is really showing ..I just wished I would have Door Dashed it, at least I could've got my money back
