Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to I’ll never go back to a freaking Burger King again the ladies working this shift were rude did not do there job and when they did decide to freaking work and make a burger they didn’t it very poorly. I’m disgusted and the should get fired if you want to improve your store

It’s hit or miss. But the Hispanic people lately have been very friendly. Which is nice. They finally have ice cream. It must have been down for a while. The fries though. And it’s not their fault. They just don’t taste good. Wouldn’t even want them if they were free. What is BK frying them in? Taste is just off. Blech 🤢! Can you look into a better oil to fry fries in? Anyway, if you have an issue, you can use the BK app to make a comment and they usually make it right with a credit. Don’t call the actual restaurant cause they usually cannot help. Go to your actual BK app to the contact option and tell them the issue and you will get some kind of credit. Same thing with other apps. Like Chipotle for example.
We just went through drive thru at 9:05pm 9n Mothers day(5/11/25). The guy working was AWESOME. We didn't catch his name but he was probably early to mid 20s and Hispanic. Everything was fresh, he was friendly. We almost gave up on this BK. He renewed it.
