I ordered an impossible whopper and they gave me a regular. Didn’t realize until I got home and didn’t want to go back out. Is it impossible to get the order right? Rude staff too, I said thank you two separate times to a staff member and they didn’t even acknowledge me. You’d think they’d be thanking their customers.

They want over 20 an hour to work there but yet can’t read the screen. I had a simple order whopper jr with cheese no pickle but, no this is what I got. The lady with the 5 o clock shadow who I think is the manager sat there and talked to another employee while my food was just sitting there. This went on for 10 min then took my payment and took another order. 25min in the drive thru for one thing that wasn’t correct. Also this is 2PM there was no line other than one car behind me.

Terrible we will never go back. The chicken breast was so over cooked and dried out you could not even pull it apart. Bread dried out, cold fries and the employees did not speak english well enough to communicate. Called spoke with the manager and she said she was going to check our order and then she hung up the phone. So rude.

I've been here as a customer and also for grubhub. These workers are the rudest. I just waited 15 minutes being ignored when atleast 2 employees saw me. All I had was a grubhub order. When handed the bag I noticed it was kinda cold. But I have to deliver within a time limit. They do not care here.

I had an Uber eats order I got charged $1.99 extra per burger because I added bacon I get my order no bacon or cheese on either of my burgers I try to call them so they can refund me back my money no answer!!!!

This was the very first and last time I will use GrubHub. The food I got was totally unacceptable cold fries and no ranch dressing that I paid for so it's obvious somebody's making some money off somebody. Your restaurant sucks and so does GrubHub the one on 84th is a lot better restaurant you are not.
