this was my first time at this cava, and i would drive here just for the customer service because i had called the night before and said we were gonna bring over a party of people of about 17 people. the guy who answered it was so nice and said while i couldn't reserve tables, they could see what they could do.
so the next day, we came early, and i asked Stephan, the manager, if he could help us sit at the tables. we ended up sitting outside, and Stephan was so amazing to help us put together the tables so that the party of 12 people who showed up on a Saturday night, was able to enjoy the patio. The food smelled incredible and though it was the first time for a lot of our group, they really enjoyed it. . The restaurant line was filling up quickly but the workers were quite fast. Stephan was such an amazing manager - i had a quick chat with him and wanted to reassure him that his team was really awesome and the place was very clean and very efficient. thank you stephan! we all appreciated you going above and beyond for all of us!!
