Wow. Then I had the healthiest and yummiest drink ever. Prices are reasonable and food incredibly good! Prompt too!

I wouldn’t recommend supporting this Cava due to how poorly they treat their employees.
Schedules are written so that employees are constantly understaffed and overworked. Despite these conditions, management constantly nitpicks minor issues instead of offering real support.
Managers (Alfredo specifically) will pressure employees to work on their requested days off, completely disregarding their time and prior commitments. It’s clear that the well-being of the team is not a priority here.
