Never got to enjoy any food. They didn't follow company protocol and switched from breakfast to lunch before 10:30am. I arrived at the drivethru at 10:20am. They denied me breakfast and was incredibly short and rude. The manager never smiled and mean mugged me while I was unhappy with the treatment. I have never experienced such an unpleasant Chick-fil-A.

I recently went to the 7809 Wadsworth Blvd restaurant for my wife. What a pleasant experience; rare today, especially for fast food. Not only was the food i ordered great as always, but was delivered fast. The main reason I'm actually leaving a review is a particular employee at this location. A young man named OSCAR was an absolute delight and amazing personality in this day & age, but was greeting everyone, wishing them well after, took time with an elderly woman who you could tell was so appreciative. This is what you call the absolute best of customer service. Great job Oscar !!!🫡👍💯
