I recently went to the 7809 Wadsworth Blvd restaurant for my wife. What a pleasant experience; rare today, especially for fast food. Not only was the food i ordered great as always, but was delivered fast. The main reason I'm actually leaving a review is a particular employee at this location. A young man named OSCAR was an absolute delight and amazing personality in this day & age, but was greeting everyone, wishing them well after, took time with an elderly woman who you could tell was so appreciative. This is what you call the absolute best of customer service. Great job Oscar !!!🫡👍💯

Asked for grilled spicy sandwich meal, sandwich with pickles only, kale salad ...no pickles and sandwich was cold, gave me waffle fries instead of the kale salad, and those were also cold. Nuggets I ordered for someone else were hot, at least. Service was friendly at least.

This location is usually busy. I think they may have been trying several people today because it took longer than normal to have my order taken and to get my whole order. A chocolate shake was ordered today, and it was runny. I colud have gone on in to have it re done, but I understood they were clearly having a moment as all humans do.

Probably the worst chick fil a to ever chick fil a. Wait time is terrible. Workers do not care lmao and they have the smallest protion sizes that do not make sense to add up to the 11 dollar meal😭😭dont go to this location at least
Much better Chik-fil-As in town, certainly not coming back to this one. Stood inside waiting 15mins for a simple chicken sandwich combo. Only got my order after the ever growing, and never shrinking, group of us waiting for our orders started complaining about the wait times. No employees there seemed particularly concerned about all the annoyed people waiting for to go orders. They gave me a card for a free meal, but I would have much preferred just getting my order in a reasonable amount of time.

Always great food and friendly people at this location. Everybody always seems to be hustling and it's rarely more than a couple minutes to get my food even when they're super busy. It was kind of weird how they were running the drive-thru last time but I'm sure they have a system. Can't help but keep coming back. I used to go to a different Chick-fil-A several miles south and the app would always have personal offers from the owner of that location for discounts or a free sandwich once in a while to show appreciation. Would be cool if they did that here as well
