I recently went to the 7809 Wadsworth Blvd restaurant for my wife. What a pleasant experience; rare today, especially for fast food. Not only was the food i ordered great as always, but was delivered fast. The main reason I'm actually leaving a review is a particular employee at this location. A young man named OSCAR was an absolute delight and amazing personality in this day & age, but was greeting everyone, wishing them well after, took time with an elderly woman...

Asked for grilled spicy sandwich meal, sandwich with pickles only, kale salad ...no pickles and sandwich was cold, gave me waffle fries instead of the kale salad, and those were also cold. Nuggets I ordered for someone else were hot, at least. Service was friendly at least.

This location is usually busy. I think they may have been trying several people today because it took longer than normal to have my order taken and to get my whole order. A chocolate shake was ordered today, and it was runny. I colud have gone on in to have it re done, but I understood they were clearly having a moment as all humans do.
