Pretty decent food at this location great service, but was a little disappointed brought my kids here for lunch. The managers decided to have a regional meeting inside the Play place and marked it off as being cleaned. Many parents and children were waiting to use it ,other than that, good fast food.

They charged me an extra $.50 for sauce because I couldn't eat there standard sauce but could get as much as I wanted of them. Makes no sense.
Mainly worried about order times the app said my food was ready 8 min before they even had it in the bag and had to ask my name twice Quality of service and food have drastically decreased no more extra crispy food no more high quality customer service. Only worried about quantity not quality, service and food wise and honestly they hire anyone with any values and ethics now times have changed for this business and and Deborah is really pushy not very pleasant no wonder in and out is super busy because they never told people they had a high standard and then took it away and acted like it wasn't the thing that held them above other fast foods and started their growth

i’m upset with this location … they do this every time we go through the drive through and ask for sauce we never get them.. that happened again tonight we went through and asked for a few sauces and we got home to eat and no sauce. we drive back to get the sauces because if i asked for it i should get it… when we went back to get the sauce we were helped by the guy who previously helped us when we got no sauce. we talked to him again and showed him the receipt of we didn’t get sauces. i got home finally to eat my food and while eating my nuggets i found something hard in my food, i take it out and it is PAPER TOWELS in the breading. this guy also had slurred speech.
I am very upset I come here often and normally have some sort of issue at this location normally no sauce but tonight I went thru the drive thru and did not realize till I got home so I had to go back then go back home to eat my food in the mix of eating I was eating my nuggets when I had found a peice of paper towel in my chicken. I then proceeded to try and call the store it was closed but you cant even leave a message becuase it never let's you. So I tried calling the corporate number and instead of it letting us leave a message because we are out of store hours it just hung up on me this needs to be addressed.

The workers are super friendly and the dining area is really clean but the chicken strips and the waffle fries were both mushy and cold like they had been sitting in a to go box for 30 minutes. I dined in so they shouldn’t have been like that.
Went to pick up food before getting ready to work a nightshift, got home and my entire wrap is missing. Called & was offered a coupon valid for 10 days. They didn’t have an option to deliver it to me so now I get to go to work hungry. I’m a nurse. There’s not much open at night & now I don’t have time. Order #0998 6/13/25 Arvada location.
I won't be returning to chick fil a. I get fast food because it's fast. The coffee I ordered didn't have the cream in it. I'm in a rush I didn't have time to put my own cream in that's why I ordered a coffee with it in there

Got to the the drive in window, no one attended. Waited for a minute, some one pulls up a few minutes later to the order window next to me. They take their order first. When they finally get to me, I explain my grievance and they are dismissive. I give them my order and get to the window to pick up my order and they are talking about me at the window. I would have asked for a manager, but he was the one talking about me. Not even an apology. The person at the window was at least polite.
