After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-through and not getting to place an order, I'm not sure how to rate it location except poorly.

Debbi is very rude and refuses to fix the other they messed up unless I drive 15min back and bring her the messed up food when this is the second time I’ve drove back and forth and they messed up both times

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any Chick-fil-A location.
I placed an Uber Eats order and the location refused to make the food. They claimed that it was already picked up, but this was not proven with any evidence whatsoever. After an hour and a half of allow allowing drivers to be reassigned only to turn them away I had to personally call the location and give them the customer service number for Uber Eats so that they could cancel the order themselves. Once they did this, I placed an order for pick up through the app myself. After driving 15 minutes to the location, I did not receive any of the sauces with my order that I double checked with my receipt and on the app were requested. I called and spoke with the manager about my experience and all he had to say was “aw shucks.” To be clear, my original order was one Chick-fil-A sandwich meal that easily could have just been remade and given to any of the drivers that showed up to pick up the location and show text messages proving I have not received the order. When I requested compensation from the manager, he promptly hung up on me. I was Polite and professional throughout the experience, but I cannot say the same on their part. I will never be returning to this location and I highly recommend that you do so yourself. Not a dollar of profit loss to customer satisfaction here

The employees are very nice but I keep receiving poor quality food from not only this location but all of them. Weird shaped chicken sandwich meat and discolored. Have been extremely disappointed with chic fil a going downhill trying to cut costs while increasing profit. It’s not the same as it once was and is coming closer and closer to McDonald’s quality with Ruth Chris prices.

Ordered a spicy grilled chicken cool wrap and I get home, take a bite, and the chicken is fried and the inside is hot. Called to talk through the mixup and was told “we don’t make the grilled cool wrap at this location because everyone orders it fried”. Glad I spent $10 on the wrong item and basically got told to deal with it. Never again with this location / franchisee.

I came to this location on a busy Friday at noon and I received some of the kindest and engaging customer service from Kenny and Joseph. After getting through the drive thru and ordering with Kenny and getting my food delivered before the window by Joseph, I realized that I forgot to order something for my partner. So I parked and headed into the establishment to get a gallon of iced sweet tea and both employees immediately remembered me from a few minutes before. They both checked in with concern and a smile to make sure everything was okay, with that they helped me after my mistake and put a smile on my face on a cold winter day with no sun.

Very unsatisfactory experience. ordered a large number one, no salt fries. Got a chicken patty no buns and salty fries. Went in to just get a bun and move on and got a cold bun and longer wait.
