Got to the the drive in window, no one attended. Waited for a minute, some one pulls up a few minutes later to the order window next to me. They take their order first. When they finally get to me, I explain my grievance and they are dismissive. I give them my order and get to the window to pick up my order and they are talking about me at the window. I would have asked for a manager, but he was the one talking about me. Not even an apology. The person at the window was at least polite.

Always a great option for yummy fast food. Spicy deluxe with a frosted lemonade and fries with their sauce is always my go to!

They got my order wrong and instead of remaking it and doing it right. They just reused all the same food. And just took the cheese off my sandwich leaving traces of the old cheese. So disgusted that I threw it all away. What a waste of money

Yeppa yeppa ladies and gents. Buenas Dias, Today we are at chic fil a, Home of the awesome chicken sandwich. I came today for a breakfast chicken biscuit with bacon and egg. Mmm scrumptious.. wrong!

The kind people who cook and make our sandwiches forgot to put my chicken in my biscuit and gave me a plain o biscuit sandwich. I mean it's the whole reason why I show up here is for the chicken. The number 6 shows chicken with egg and bacon. I expect the same biscuit in my bag. The hash browns were soaked extra in oil and burnt to a crisp. Mmm delicious (eye roll) then when you call to give the manager a heads up someone is burning the food they won't answer. They are so helpful! (sarcasm)

Do not let their commercial on the radio fool you folks, their breakfast isn't prompt and fresh as they say it is. I'm going off many years working by this restaurant. Check your order! Don't drive off with out looking. Get your monies worth. Chick-fil-A do better! Proceed with caution folks.

Several times, I ordered a sandwich & they keep giving me a combo that I didn't ask for. Today they didn't add the bacon even after she repeated the order to me.

after waiting 20 minutes for my food to be prepared in the drive through, getting the wrong food, and then the lady telling me that I havnt paid for my drink which is part of the combo…..i give this place a 1 star. the lady didn’t give me my receipt and was very distracted talking to another one of her peers while handing me my food. horrible service!

Order a catering meal. Including chicken salad and fruit along with sauces and salad dressing. When unpacking it at the birthday party there were no salad dressing included. Had to return and mid the bevy of my daughter’s party to get the dressing. The manager couldn’t do anything except offer me more food to compensate me for their problem. If I would have needed more food I would have ordered it initially. Very poor customer service fir their mistake.

I had a spicy grilled salad last week, so tried a one with fruit on it. It was just as good. Service was quick and accurate. Restroom even had warm water to wash my hands!!
I was surprised that there was a comments/suggestion box. It has been a long time since I've seen one of those. As pictured , my fries looked and tasted great, except the ones on the end. This location has a lot of restaurants and other activities, so the traffic can be backed up. It looked like coming in from Wadsworth might be better. All the staff were extra nice and helpful at this location and the Youngfield location . They have doors to go out of at the drive through, which makes it so you don't have lean out.
The cups have an extra sleeve so your hand doesn't get cold. Lots of condiments available, and the restroom is not locked, so you don't have to get someone to let you in at many restaurants. I was somewhat confused at which direction the ordering line is.

I come through this area here maybe once a year and every time I've come here it's been great. Inside is clean and very well spruced up with holiday decorations and flowers. Everyone is very kind and on it. 10/10

This Chick-fil-A does not live up to the typical Chick-fil-A standards. The telephone customer service is unprofessional and you can tell there are a lot of kids working there. They usually forget at least one thing from my order. The daytime shift seems to be better, but that evening shift needs much improvement.

Magic Hands

I placed and paid for my order at 10:23am because I was aware they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am. I arrived at 10:33am to pick up my order and was told they didn't make them and all they could do was cancel my order but not offer any even the smallest discount on anything else to replace it. Usually Chick-fil-A is top notch customer service, but not today. I was going to order something off the lunch menu for my kid, but when they wouldn't honor the order I'd already placed nor any sort of solution, I just walked out and went to McDonald's.

RE: Your response.......yes, 10:30, we all agree on that. But your app has a feature that allows you to select that you are already on site. I selected that. If I placed my order at 10:23 and selected the "I'm Already Here" option, wouldn't they have then prepared my order as if I were there in store at 10:23 before the cutoff? That's why I used the app and said I was there, but I guess your employees ignore that? This is a seemingly small hill, but it's beyond annoying when your company refuses to admit or make right their mistake. Small hill, small mistake. So why not just own up to it?
