Tonight was the first time ever that a CF team member told me I could get large fries for $0.15 cents more…..seriously I had no idea the difference to get large was only $0,15 cents ….. well my whole life I was getting just median fries lol ….The name of the CF team member on my customer copy receipt is Mike. Chickfila is fine but kinda average. Their chicken sandwhich is fine but lots of other fast food has better. Im never gonna choose chickfila but if its in front of me i wont turn it down. Friend and I were going to sit down and eat at your facility today. We go there all the time you're rent A cop outside was rude as hell and would not let us pass the park in the handicap parking lot. Very upset that we were forced to go through the drive through You guys are completely busy everyday you should figure that out by now Very very disappointed with you guys today!!!

This place served me rotten food covered in some kind of mold or fungus. I wonder how many people they got sick. Absolutely disgusting.They also refused to refund me, as many other reviews here mention. They didn’t just refuse, they lied to me and said their system doesn’t allow refunds. So they lied to me and insulted my intelligence thinking I would believe something so ridiculous.

Had terrible service today. Was separated into 3 lanes in the drive through, that I don't mind, even though it was difficult to get out of the lanes as it was packed. Multiple people, probably 5 or 6, behind me were served before me. Was waiting for my food for 15 minutes. No apology, was over looked. Was ignored when we went to ask about what happened. PFood was extremely salty, buttery and made my family and I sick. I recommend going to a different chickfila or not going at all
