I am a long time Chipotle lover, but this is the worst location that I have been to. I was in a hurry so I placed my order online to pick up. It was supposed to be ready at 7:10. I arrived around 7:15, and didn’t see my order on the shelf. I asked the cashier and he said online orders were running behind. I was waiting there with several other people waiting for their orders, and my family was waiting in the car. Everyone was upset about waiting for so long. At 7:30, I asked about it again and he told me that there was nothing he could do about it, they were working as fast as they could. There were three employees in front with nobody in line. I feel like at least one of them should be in the back helping fill online orders if they were so backed up. All said and done my order was 26 minutes later than my pick up time. No apology about the long wait. This is not the first time this has happened. I will go out of my way to go to a different location. ??

Has to be one of the worst chipotles. Online order is never even close to being ready on time. You walk in to wait for your order and never get acknowledged by the staff. Today there were so far behind I just left after waiting 20 mins past my ready time. Will not be coming back to this location

This location is in an AT&T and Verizon dead zone, and they don't have wi-fi. I can never get my app to load, so I can't get points. I just go down the road to Qdoba or Renegade instead to avoid a frustrating experience. They also don't have an option to tip when you pay electronically, which is unkind to the hard-working employees. Boo, management.

I ordered soft tacos here and got served the slop you can see in the photos. Really hard to mess soft tacos up but this was just gross. Looked like soup.

Constantly having to ask for more food because they don't even give the minimum amount. I am a little dude and it's absurd I have to ask for more rice and a little more steak because they gave me half a scoop.
Also idk when they changed their quesadillas but it's more of a crunch wrap now

Update: they are no longer fast and no longer have orders ready when they say they will. Quality has come down too. Avoid this chipotle.
They sometimes forget items in the burritos when ordering online. They are fast though and have the orders ready when they say they will.

The person did not change gloves after receiving money then ran her hands all over the steel counter then grab the soft tortillas to warm!!! FML!

Worst place ever! Girls were rude. Really bad customer service. Food was cold. Extremely spicey. They didn't listen to instructions. Very bad experience at this place!
Waited for 35 minutes for an online order, that's 20 minutes past when it should have been ready according to the app. Finally a few bags came out and the staff could hardly be bothered to address the mass of people waiting for orders. Worst part, part of the order was wrong, and i can't get anyone to respond about anything.
Qdoba is close, i mean at this service level, McDonald's would be better
