This location is terrible. We frequently get wrong results from online orders. The food is inconsistent with the spices etc. The last time we went through the line the server scraped loose cheese off the prep surface and threw it the cheese tub to be used later. We now drive an extra 20 minutes to go to another location if we want Chipotle.

I have ordered online from this location several times and had issues each time. The only way to get āsupportā is by talking to their useless chat bot, Pepper. Nothing gets resolved. We had ice cold food that made me suspicious of it sitting out for hours. The portions were so small that I had to take meat from my kidās plates to make up for it. Another time I went there, they forgot my chips and queso and āPepperā gave me a free order for next time. Little did I know I only had 30 days to use it. So they took my money without apology. When a restaurant messes up, they should own it. Thatās how you create loyalty. Not through a robot. AI has a place but itās not meant for customer service. Thatās just a cheap cop out and evidence that you donāt actually care about having satisfied, loyal customers.

I have ordered food pick up through the app at this location several times. My experience hasnāt been the best. Sometimes my order is incomplete or i got the wrong meal. I gave it one last shot and today wasnāt an exception. My chicken bowl was drenched in sour cream and quite salty. My wifeās had large chunks of chicken. In the past my barbacoa bowl had three big chunks of meat and that was all. Itās been pretty disappointing

This was the saddest excuse of a chipotle experience I've ever had. Ignoring the burrito size, the big issue was the overly salted chips. Or rather, I should say, the biggest issue with the meal I did get. I decided to forgo the guac which was so dark that I had a visceral reaction to it. I've never looked at something before and immediately known it would make me sick if I ate it. I guess I'll see how I feel in eight hours and check back in.

I used to eat chipotle 3-4x a week. Then I moved to Arvada. Over the past 4 years Iāve been coming here and usually disappointed. Iāve had multiple occasions of ice chunks in the corn from not defrosting properly, mushy rice, depression era chicken rations, drowning my burrito in sour cream, and more. 2 stars not 1 because I have low standards and the food is edible. I hate being a negative Nancy and almost never leave anything but 5 star reviews but I love chipotle so much I just want management to get it right and go back to eating chipotle daily. As of right now, I guess Iāll just have to keep killing myself with the cancerous heart attack inducing Burger King and Taco Bell in the same plaza that I deem to have better quality control.

The newer staff are rude every time we go in. Also, whoever is mixing the rice needs to add about a cup less of salt, and actually mix it. Sometimes the rice is also a tad uncooked. In general, mix the spices a little better.

I typically love Chipotle, eat there at least once a week. Came to this one after a LONG work week, working 3 jobs. I ordered a burrito bowl to go, white rice, brisket, pico, sour cream and cheese. Ugh, I was so extremely disappointed. Couldn't even finish, not because it was a lot of food. First, the rice was tasteless, and crunchy, don't think rice is supposed to be crunchy. The brisket was also tasteless and dry, small cubes, never had brisket in small cubes, so hard, I think it sat in the bin WAY too long, coudn't even chew it. Way too tired to go fight with the "kids" that work there, nor waste my gas to drive back. I'm EXHAUSTED, threw it away and went to bed!!!
