Crunchy rice with over cooked chicken is just diabolical. Couldn’t tell the black beans from the chicken…I want rice not Rice Krispies, I don’t deserve this (sad face) why have you done this to me on my lunch break…paid $15 just to add to my depression, got double protein just to choke on the charcoal
Found plastic in my food. Dont recommend.
Came here at 945 (they close at 11). Didn't have black beans, corn, Pico sour cream, or half the stuff here. Ended up with rice, steak, and guacamole in my bowl bc thats pretty much all they had. On top of that no spoons or napkins. Maybe they just ran out of everything - either way, wouldnt come back
This chipotle will not do anything to help customers with allergies. The employees are very uneducated about food allergy protocol and unwilling to help. My husband has Celiac Disease and let the associate know. Some locations are much more helpful than others. This location does not do anything to avoid cross contact and the employee was visibly annoyed when he asked her to change her gloves. I think management should really invest time in educating their employees.
This place is very poor on portion size and they pick and choose what ingrediaents my food gets if u order on the app

First time visiting, but I won't be back. The staff all seemed angry. When I asked for extra rice, the young man serving was rude about having to put in a bowl. It wasn't a very welcoming experience

Came in here with my gf and ordered a quesadilla. The food was great, but when the quesadilla was pulled it got smokey in the kitchen and for whatever reason the manager Ivan went off on his employee. It was extremely un
professional and rude. I'm surprised the employee kept his cool and didn't walk out. I didn't catch the employees name, but he did a great job and didn't deserve to get treated the way he did! Ivan needs more training on how to manage his employees!

They're usually pretty good, but I placed a mobile order and when I got home and saw the side of guacamole I got was brown, I was pissed off. Especially having to pay a lot extra, you'd think it'd be um...edible...? Dont even offer it if thats what you get.

I would really think about driving a bit further to get better quality. We usually add two sides of guac and a chips and guac and this is what they tried to say the avocados came like. It’s clearly been sitting out all day long and would not put out a fresh batch until this was gone. This is the second time this exact thing happened so we won’t be going to this chipotle location anymore.
