Friday at 6:45pm and they were out of white rice and black beans. We all had to wait for them to make more. The guac was half brown. For a Friday night, you think they'd be prepared. The inside was dirty and messy. I paid $22 for a chicken bowl (white rice, guac and lettuce bowl). I had to get double chicken because the portions they give are for kids meals. This experience reminded me while I'll never buy or eat at Chipotle again. Expensive for little food.

I placed an online order expecting it to be ready by 1:50 PM, as stated in the app, so I could enjoy it during my lunch break. Unfortunately, my order wasn’t ready until 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. I would’ve understood if the restaurant was busy or the line was long, but in this case, the in-store line was actually moving faster than the pickup orders. This really defeats the purpose of ordering ahead for convenience. Then I find out last minute that the tacos I ordered were not hard tacos I wanted, but flour tortilla tacos.

Hands down the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. I ask for black beans and fajita veggies. End up with no beans, chicken, and fajita veggies then pushed down the line before I could say anything. Whatever, I’ll just pick the gross chewy chicken out of my bowl and get over not having beans in my bowl. Start asking for the rest of my toppings and they add the pico and half a scoop of green sauce and then start closing the lid as if there’s not still half a row of toppings that I might want? Like, I’m not done? Maybe turn down the blaring music so the workers can actually hear what people would like to order. Just really bad service and inattentiveness. Sit down with the bowl that wasn’t really made how I wanted it but good enough and didn’t really wanna deal with going through the whole ordeal over again. Was super disappointed with the food quality. Rice was crunchy, sauce was more like a paste, and lettuce was not fresh. Luckily I’m not usually in this area and won’t have the displeasure of coming back to this location

The last three times I’ve door dashed from this chipotle they have completed messed up my order. Quesadilla with not melted cheese missing all my sides or giving me literally 10 pieces of corn (I wish this was a joke) constantly missing my sauces and my burrito bowls are half empty despite me asking for extra rice as I don’t get beans. I’m so pissed that I just straight up won’t be ordering from now on. (Ordered through the chipotle app, delivered by DoorDash)
