As always, it’s not bad. Noticed that it’s pretty close to the price of a nice meal though, which definitely feels overpriced

First time visiting, but I won't be back. The staff all seemed angry. When I asked for extra rice, the young man serving was rude about having to put in a bowl. It wasn't a very welcoming experience

Came in here with my gf and ordered a quesadilla. The food was great, but when the quesadilla was pulled it got smokey in the kitchen and for whatever reason the manager Ivan went off on his employee. It was extremely un
professional and rude. I'm surprised the employee kept his cool and didn't walk out. I didn't catch the employees name, but he did a great job and didn't deserve to get treated the way he did! Ivan needs more training on how to manage his employees!

They're usually pretty good, but I placed a mobile order and when I got home and saw the side of guacamole I got was brown, I was pissed off. Especially having to pay a lot extra, you'd think it'd be um...edible...? Dont even offer it if thats what you get.

I would really think about driving a bit further to get better quality. We usually add two sides of guac and a chips and guac and this is what they tried to say the avocados came like. It’s clearly been sitting out all day long and would not put out a fresh batch until this was gone. This is the second time this exact thing happened so we won’t be going to this chipotle location anymore.

Hey, when did the burritos become half size but retain full price? I lowered my rating from 2 stars to 1 star after Chipotle reached out to me and sent me to an AI based customer service chat which was utterly useless. After eating this expensive handful of food, I had to eat another meal. Your location will not last long with this kind of service in this economy. It's pretty sad when my child's kids meal had more food than my 11.00 burrito.

Cold rice, nobody spoke English, small portions, terrible service, because no one spoke any English. Awful place to visit

This has been my Chipotle location since it opened. It has fallen off so hard, especially at night. They were out of white rice, pico, corn salsa, lettuce and ice in the ice machine at 7:30p. We waited the 7mins for rice that was so crunchy you could hear it. Then they closed up my kid's taco kit without the other two ingredients and then forgot our drink cups and chips we ordered. The absolute worst Chipotle experience in 21 years. The employees were distressed and told me they didn't have time to refill the ice because they were too busy. I feel for them but for $60 we should get the basics.
