Chipotle Mexican Grill

First time going to this Chipotle and not the best experience. As I arrived I went inside to the mobile online order pickup window and told the girl at the window my name. I believe it was around 1220 12:30 PM she was extremely rude threw me my food. Had an attitude and gave really bad energy. It seemed like she hated being there. She's the first face I saw when grabbing my food and she did not represent the restaurant in a positive manner at all. You guys may need to switch her position or she needs to be let go because as it stands right now she is bad for business.

The lady that was serving was so rude she had the worst attitude they made us wait for the steak the only reason I gave it a one start was because of the good tasting lemonade

Disgusting brown things in the lettuce and no meat, only fat and grissle. Completely disgusting and inedible. Seriously question the cleanliness of this place. I tried to call to let them know, but they didn't seem to care, so nothing will change.
Not eating there ever again.

This has to be the stingiest chipotle I have ever been to. Next time I am in this area I will be choosing taco bell over this in a heartbeat.

I get veggie bowls, both rice and both beans. Those are the the star of the show for me as I don't get any protein other than the beans, and I expect the typical volume that I have seen is standard at literally every other chipotle I have been to in my entire life. I watched in confusion and dismay as the person making my order shook out half of what the spoon picked up before putting it into my bowl on every item. I don't think it was that person specifically (as I told a friend about this and he said this is an issue he has had many times at this location, and doesn't go there anymore) therefore it must be the franchise policy/decision to charge the same price for a bowl that other locations do but give you 1/3rd of the food.
When I go out to eat at Chipotle, I typically get two meals out of it every time. It's why I choose chipotle over something cheaper like taco bell when I'm getting something fast and craving Mexican food. I know times are tight but dang guys, you're cheating people out of /food/.
I don't blame the worker as I believe they were doing exactly what they were trained to do. The owners/management need to change some things. I will not be returning.

Skimpy with the online orders.. not even a full bowl today.

Usually good and service is good. Unfortunately, I watched the person who prepared my food mopping the floor as I walked in, then went to make my food, but never changed gloves from mopping.

Despite the other reviews, my pick up order had really generous portions and I was served quickly and kindly.

El burrito con light white rice black or pinto not matter!! Steak una de salsa verde y una de roja sour cream cheese and lettuce is a bomb!!! Amazing!! I love how all the flavors get involved in your mouth !! You know what let me go right now!!!

Not impressed with the food, the service could be better. I have gone to other Chipotle's where the staff is friendly and welcoming. Every time I have gotten a bowl from here it was super watery, bland and not worth the money. I stopped going to this location because the last 2 times I ate there I got food poisoning.

Walked in today asked for a burrito, employee put a quarter scoop of rice in it and 6 beans. I proceeded to walk out. Remember the days when they actually portioned correctly and it used to be a proper scoop

So Stingy. They don’t put anything in the bowls

Love getting 2.5 ounces of meat on a bowl (yes I weighed it) when they advertise 4oz.

If you can’t get your portions under control, then get measuring cups out.
