Came in here with my gf and ordered a quesadilla. The food was great, but when the quesadilla was pulled it got smokey in the kitchen and for whatever reason the manager Ivan went off on his employee. It was extremely un
professional and rude. I'm surprised the employee kept his cool and didn't walk out. I didn't catch the employees name, but he did a great job and didn't deserve to get treated the way he did! Ivan needs more training on how to manage...

I have a child with special needs.And so I get her beans and rice in a bowl because she can't maneuver the little plastic tissues they put the sides in.... 1 person will fill it another.Will give us like six beans and Ten grains of rice..... I really don't Care what the portion is, I would just like it to be consistent.So I know if she either has enough or Too much. One clerk will be generous, And the next clerk will give me dirty look And?

I've always had awesome experiences at this chipotle and they're so quick and so sweet! Tonight was a little different, their music was so loud that I was yelling at the person taking my order just to get a "what" response like 4 times so I had my hand over the glass a bit to point at stuff while ordering instead of scream at her, and she responded rudely with "can you like get your hand out of our space over the food?" And I was just a tad taken...
