Chulo Tacos were good, chips and salsa and queso good too. Vegan taco was amazing! I wish there was no additional charges on my receipt for improvement tax.

I’ve tried a few items a Freedom Street and finally found the one that stands on its owns. The Birria Grilled Cheese is a work of art. It comes dripping with cheese and juicy beef. A quick dip in the broth before biting in and your taste buds will be screaming for more. Make sure to try this the next time you’re at Freedom Street.

Very terrible service from a young man that obviously didn’t a want to be working. Forgot one taco from our order and told me that’s all we ordered. Finally figured it out after actually looking at the ticket. Food was greasy and the pig belly was cold and obviously not freshly cooked. Worst taco place in Arvada and there are a lot of them.

Gross. Ordered the grilled cheese, which the menu did not mention it having any onions and I got a cold soggy mess of a sandwich that I couldn't even pick up and was completely covered in raw onions. I instantly had a stomach ache after attempting to eat this

This is a new concept inside Freedom Street Social from CHOPPED-winning chef Oscar Padilla, who also operates Gaucho Parrilla. Chef Oscar’s food is always fantastic and that’s true of everything I’ve tried at Chulo Taco so far — the tacos, which are the perfect size for snacking on a bunch of them, the birria grilled cheese (wow!!), and a quesadilla that is quite literally the size of a pizza — get that one to share.

Chulo Taco was absolutely fantastic. The Pork Belly Al Pastor was insanely flavorful. Chef Oscar Padilla does not disappoint and delivers an excellent product once again. Such a fun place with great staff. They cooked the tacos in an expeditious fashion and it all tasted fantastic. We went back and ordered a whole 'nother round.
