Favorite place to order custom birthday cakes! They made one for me in a pinch that was wonderful! Employees are always friendly. I prefer this location over a closer one.
Tony is AWESOME! The customer service and attention to detail he notices (yes, I know it’s just “ice cream”) just by taking his time to prepare your order makes you feel special and important, which is why I love going to the Cold Stone location on 64th and McIntyre. I also really appreciate his genuine kindness from the moment you first walk in to the time you leave. Just showed up to your location. Everywhere is posted that you close at 10:00 pm. Open sign was off but door was unlocked. No note about closing early and both employees were on their phones leaning on the counter doing absolutely nothing. Your employees stated, “sorry we are closing a little early we are under staffed.” I’m sorry but you just didn’t want to serve us and do your job. I do own and operate a few food service places and if this was my employees they would be terminated on the spot!

Just got ice cream, and i just had to shout out the young adults working here tonight. They were so pleasant and nice. I know by the long line they’ve had a super busy day but it didn’t keep them from providing wonderful service with a smile on their face. They were also hustling which I’m sure everyone appreciated.

If you're looking for a true ice cream experience, come to Cold Stone! They have a huge variety of flavors and mix-ins! They offer "create your own" cups and waffle cones. For those who have a hard time deciding, they've made it easy with their Signature Creations menu which features many different ice cream concoctions already created. They have 3 different sizes: Like It, Love It, and Gotta Have It. You can even get larger sizes to take home and store in your freezer. They offer other menu items as well such as ice cream cakes and shakes. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely friendly and acted happy to be there. The young lady gave me several suggestions, which was helpful. I felt like I could take my time deciding and I did not feel rushed. There are a few small tables inside to sit at (which all have napkin dispensers!) and there are tables outside as well to eat at. It is roomy inside and appeared clean and not cluttered. The pricing is a little high, but if you join their rewards program you can earn free ice cream. It is definitely a nice treat every once in a while!

Amazing service. I placed an on line order for my granddaughter who was home sick. They wrote her a personal note, gave her a cold stone stuffed bear, and offered her a coupon for when she felt better. Thank you for going out of your way to make her feel special.

Horrible service!!!! Last night took my girlfriend in since we both work Valentine’s Day and the service was horrible. There was a blonde girl working who was just straight rude. Every-time I asked for something I was met with a roll of her eyes and a sigh, I don’t think giving me a spoon or a lid is that hard. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else too many other place that will treat you right but this isn’t that place.

I’ve gone there a couple times now and every time I went I had terrible experiences. They hire careless, lazy teenagers. Both times we’ve gone it’s been later at night around 8pm. And both times we have tried ordering milkshakes and they say their blenders are either broken or they put away there stuff already. Seems like they’re just too lazy to do their job. I was very disgusted this last time I went, I found a hair in my ice cream.
