I came in a little later in the day and thanks to Juan (the shift lead) had one of the best fast casual experiences that I have had in a while. Juan was genuinely conversational, asking how our day was going, and made small talk while we were waiting for food. Please make sure to thank him for his great service and genuine attitude! The guy running the tortilla station (missed his name) was also real nice. Shout out to the shift on Tuesday night for a test experience.

I don’t think I have ever written a review before but after the service I just experienced I just had to write this. The dudes working here on a Thursday night are INCREDIBLE. So friendly, so kind, and THE BEST attitude. The generally seemed to be having a good time which makes me think whoever is running this joint is creating good vibes and I love that. Will 100% return and I hope I get the same servers.

Great experience! The whole family likes that they can watch their food get cooked by entertaining chefs. The smores were awesome. Next time I will save money and make my granddaughter's choose from the kids meal though because although they liked watching the food get cooked they only at the rice and smores.

I was just in the Arvada location and I think I was charged way to much for the amount of steak that I received on my quesadilla. First of all I asked for double the steak, and barely got a small pinch of steak, while the pretty lady behind me got two huge helpings of the same thing. Also I asked for extra vegetables to be put on mine as well and again I got a really small portion, while the lady behind got a bigger amount. I was willing to pay for whatever extra amount that I asked for without any issues, but now I don’t think I will ever go back there again.

I have no problems with the food or what it tastes like, other than the fact that I found hair in my food twice after going here. No my problem is with the staff at this location, for one it seems like they can't even handle one family at a time let alone a whole group of people, for two the employees aren't attentive and you can tell that most of them don't care. Its disappointing as I enjoy Costa Vida and would go here more often if not for the staff. This particular location needs some serious guidance and so do the managers and employees.

Best green chilies and sweet pork burritos. Also, one of the few burrito places to offer re fried beans. You cant get that at Qdoba or Chipotle.
Fast friendly and good food. Reasonable cast too.
unbelievably slow even if there is no one else here.
Familiar take on the make your own burrito, more flavor than a chipotle, definitely a step above.
