The super cheap dogs and pizza is excellent. Not only is the dog huge and delicious, but the price simply cannot be beaten. The famous loss-leaders at Costco are definitely worth it! Having said that...

The wait took quite a while. The setting is tons of people in this zoo of a store all waiting for their food. Many can sit, others cannot. You can see the quiet desperation in the eyes of your fellow humans as another number is called, but you know they have like 30 numbers until their turn. Like the DMV of hot dogs. It is almost dystopian. Consumerism gone wild. But after braving the parking lot and spending $900 on 10-years' worth of Kleenex and pretzels, it is too late to turn back now. You are committed.

But man is it a good deal. Such a good deal that they get 4 stars even though every visit makes you feel like everyone in the store is preparing for a hurricane. I'll be back.

Horrible service! wouldn’t let me get a pizza! Staff is awful and honestly feels like airport security walking in and out. The staff at the front greet you with the enthusiasm of a wet mop making you feel incriminated the moment you walk in. They also used a tone with me I wouldn’t even use with my dog! Overall used to be a member safe to say never again as it has clearly went down hill.

Every year I re-evaluate my membership needs between Costco and Sam's Club. I currently have a membership at Sam's club that is expiring in 19 days so I decided to check into which store better fit my needs this year. I do this by walking around both stores and noting inventory and quality of the food court. I have never been turned away from doing this until today. I was told that I was not permitted to enter Costco without an escort which I find ridiculous and I have never had to do before. Is it out of fear that I will sprint out of the building with bulk items? Or that the food samples given out are so expensive you fear I may take one without a membership? Without permission to meander around at my own pace to evaluate your store makes the choice for me. As much as I like your frozen French bread, I can't verify that you stock such an item and therefore will not pay for your membership.

Whoever manages it should be retrained. It's recently normal to place an order and either the staff gives your pizza to someone else, or they tell you it's going to be an hour for a single pizza. I know the price is good but it's not worth waiting or dealing with these headaches. I've spoken with management and they're aware of the problems.

I paid and waited for a large pepperoni pizza. I didn’t realize until I got home you guys gave us basically bread with tomato sauce. I cannot believe the employee who cuts the pizza didn’t realize since that’s done after the pizza’s done. This was my family’s dinner. Great way to ruin an evening ??

They have been out of croutons for almost a year. This needs to be fixed. All the other locations have croutons.

We drove 4 hrs away to try the new cookies. Paid 9$ for cookies we waited 35 minutes and never got our cookies employees said they didn’t know when they were ready and were super rude. Now im out $9 and my kids are in tears. 9$ is an hour of work for me at my minimum wage suburban suits job. We took money out of our strict budget and now our whole budget and year is ruined.

It’s always crowded, always dirty. They never have anything stocked either. I understand how busy it is on a day to day basis, but I would imagine a higher up would have an absolute fit if they saw how bad the stations could get. There are quite a few employees there at Costco. You would assume someone would come check on things every once in a while. Oh, and don’t bother trying to call in. They will ignore your calls. If you do get an answer, they will pretend they don’t hear you and hang up.

They should really look in to having customers be able to order online to skip the long line, they do not answer their phone so don’t bother calling
