I've been multiple times, they don't know how to take rewards, the app sucks, I ask for gluten free sauces and they don't know what I'm talking about as the app orders show there is only 2 gf sauces. I've tried to talk to corporate and no reply. Food is good but I value my life and mental health too much to return.

My last order I'm finding has no sauce on it at all. This is ludicrous

I definitely was drawn to the hype of something new. However, my family and I will not be returning. Special sauce added to the cup bowls, instantly made us all sick. We decided to grab a fish ice cream on the way out, and it was atrocious.

I used my credit card for my food then by the time i got home my card was used for another transaction at cupbop and i froze the card and 10 minutes later they tried to use my card for 75 at sams. My card is still in my possession so the card machine must have had a scam device on it. Beware!!!

Tried Cupbop for the first time today…. Arvada CO. The concept sounds good, rice, cabbage, roman noodles, sauce and about 3-4 pieces of meat.
Maybe, it would have been great, but I think it was the sauce, that threw it all in another direction. The sauce I used was the 7.5, hot, basically chili sauce, no great flavor, which in my opinion did not work well with the cabbage or rice, The sauce pretty much ruined the whole cupbop. I should have asked for the sauce on the side or asked to sample a sauce.
Next time, I’ll just go with the sweet sauce.

The staff at the Arvada store in Colorado were excellent, absolutely great customer service.I give them five stars. Kayden sold me, he was absolutely wonderful at his job, and there was another taller young man at the cash register at the time, who was very helpful.

Overall, I may try it again and ask for a sweet sauce on top, or some kind of Asian flavor sauce. That’s what it needed. Overall, I gave it 4 stars, for the great customer service and the great potstickers. I did end up, eating the meat and throwing the rest away.

i ordered online — it’s my first time trying this place. my order was ready way before the promised time which was nice because i ordered it while in the parking lot lol

mandoo were exquisite— sauce that comes with it is perfection in a teriyaki like sauce. so good. craveable.

everything from portion to cost was great. most of all i was there around 12:20pm on monday june 23rd. the person (man) was so kind and helpful. a true rarity. thank you!!! loved it !!!
