My granddaughter and I bought 2 of the #1 burgers through the drive-thru window. Our burgers were not fresh and the fries were stale like they'd been sitting for a while. The lettuce on both burgers was brown. Paid $22 + for a poor lunch. Young man at the window was very nice, but food not so much. I called corporate the same day and have yet to receive a call this was over a week ago. I guess Culver's will be getting our business from here on out if this is how Dairy Queen treats their customers. Would like to post a picture of the brown lettuce on top of the burgers but there's nowhere to do that here.

I just ordered Dairy Queen from this location and got one of the most unedible chicken sandwiches I’ve ever seen. They didn’t even use a real chicken patty, just two small overcooked tenders thrown on a bun. It looked like the whole thing was microwaved because the lettuce and tomato were scalding hot and the bun was soggy. The fries were just as bad and completely limp.
I go to Dairy Queen all the time back home in Kentucky, and I honestly don’t know how this place is even selling food like this.

Every time I come in it’s super dirty. Just a bunch of high school kids that’s don’t wanna be there. Horrible service and food quality is awful. Definitely needs makeover!

First, I love DQ. This is my jam. I frequently come here but have been more and more disappointed with the Quality of the Blizzards.
Overall the blizzard is mixed well with a Candy to ice cream ration, BUT they never fill the cup to the top. There is always a lack of ice cream.
This would be a 4-5 star DQ with better quality and Blizzard mastery.

Employees are unruly and unkempt. It IS A Food place. Hair ties and clean clothes are required and not being upheld. Dined in today and every table is unclean and the trash is o verflowing. Also my shake was not thoroughly mixed. I have tried to give this location a second, third and fourth chance, but today my first time burger and was undercooked. 😖 Trying another location... Maybe

Food is good most days. Service is good most days & a few times bad with some of the young staff that works the drive thru, they get too overwhelmed. It gets very busy in weekday evenings and weekends late afternoons during warm days. Some traffic issues when busy, do to lot size.

I made an online order with the app. I told the app "closest location" which is this one, and when I saw "64th" I assumed it was right. After making my way here, I found out from the guy working it's the Wadsworth location that I ordered from! He called them to tell them not to make it and the two guys working here just made my order for me with no fuss. They were so kind about it, and didn't make me feel like an idiot. It was top notch service and I appreciated it very much.

My sister ordered the 3 piece chicken tender basket tonight and once we got home this is how many fries were in the box… for what you pay you should get more than a child sized portion. Employees were nice but they should not have let this go out to a customer.
