I’ve been here before and never had an issue. However, today was a different story. I ordered a blizzard, and the girl who made it was walking towards the window. I guess she got some on her finger because then I watched her lick the ice cream off her finger while handling my food. I was stunned and didn’t know what to say. In the end, I ended up throwing away the blizzard because I was too grossed out to eat it.

Not impressed at all, when I got to the window I could see 2 kids wrestling, 2 more arm wrestling over the counter and even though I could see my blizzards on the counter the girl at the window was too focused on her phone while I had to wait until she was done. Then to top it all off my order was completely wrong. They need an adult there because obviously the kids can’t handle it.

8 teenage employees walking back and forth or standing around. Came in to pick up a pre ordered order that was supposed to be ready by 7:12. The employees kept removing the orders from their screen and no ine knew what orders were where. Terrible customer service and terrible noise level from the machines. Several customers standing around having to repeatedly ask for their orders and remake them becuase they are incorrect. Complete waste of time to pre order. ? I will Def NOT be coming back here.

Staff was too busy flirting with co workers to acknowledge customers. Blizzards at this location aren't mixed all the way through and are usually runny. There's another location in arvada, that was is worth the few minute extra drive.

This was the most disgusting DQ I have ever visited. There were flies everywhere, landing on the food, in the kitchen, and the ceiling and walls, on the counters, flying them around us in the dining room. There was food and garbage all over the floor and counters. The employees were tossing food and cups to each other. I am considering calling the health department it was so bad.

Been here a few times now and it’s always the same. Six pack of employees maybe one or two customers and the wait to get an ice cream cone is always pushing 15-20mins. I would understand if the place was packed Cold Stone it is moving

I walked in and and other customers and stood at counter 5 minutes after saying hello. Then ordered caramel fudge blizzard and not served unside down. I asked for coupon stating next one is on us, he said i can make you another one and i asked again for next one free coupon he did not understand. Bad service.

It has been a long time since I have been to a Dairy Queen, but I had a real craving for their Peanut Buster Parfait the other day. The drive-thru line was long, but it went quickly. The employee working the intercom was polite and even was accommodating to me changing up my order.I have had the PB Parfait in the past, but today I wanted to add peanut butter syrup to it. It was delicious! My order came out perfectly made and was huge. It had the right amount of all the ingredients layered: vanilla ice cream, chocolate fudge syrup, Spanish peanuts, and peanut butter syrup. I will definitely come back here and order that again!
