Finally got my delivery only to have it cold and delivered wrong. Do NOT get delivery from this location! Had to refund my money and order it to pick up from a different Domino's It was that bad.

Called to.complain of no sauce. Sent out another pizza with very little sauce. Never use to be that way. Called again for a refund and they hung up on me. Way to go Dominos.

First of all, if you aren’t ordering dominos from the app you are doing it wrong.

Second, what a pleasant experience I had at this ward rd location. I only spent 2 min in there but felt so welcomed. I was greeted immediately and the staff there seemed happy to see me. Considering it’s NYE they could’ve had a sour attitude for having to work, but no. Thanks for making it a great experience Dominos!

Very hit & miss. Sometimes it's very good and everything is as ordered, but every once in awhile someone could care less about the pizza they're making..

Tonight I recieved a pizza with 1/2" crust on one side, and inch on the other side & sloppily cut. When I say sloppy I mean not even 2 slices were the same shape/size..👎

My advice is DO NOT ORDER AT THE STORE! I've done it twice and they do not know how to work their computers. The first time they said they did not except coupons which is not true and this time they said my order would be ready in about 10 min and almost 20 min later they found my order what ever that means and told me it would be about 10 min wellies been 14 still sitting and waiting.. I never have problems when I place my order online

You order a pizza the app says ready, you show up, and they say they just dropped it in!!

Once in a while we like to mix it up and order this pizza. It’s not often because there are definitely better pizzas out there.

We get delivery. They have pizza tracker that shows where the pizzas are in the process. Inevitably, the pizza will come out of the oven and spend 30 minutes or more on the warming rack in a box getting stale and mushy before they finally find a driver to send it.

The delivery estimate is almost never even close. Today it said 23 minutes and here we are 56 minutes later and it hasn’t left the store.

C’mon Dominos! Hire more drivers, improve your estimates, and stop cooking the pizzas 40 minutes before you have a driver available.

Update: we called the store and they said they only have one driver. Why would the delivery estimate be 23 minutes at 11:00AM on a Saturday when you only have one driver?

Update 2: we asked to convert the order to carry out since it had been 1:15. They agreed, but insisted we would have to pay again since they would have to cancel the delivery order. It came out to only a few dollars less, and worst of all the pizza quality was awful by the time we got it home. Why didn’t they offer to re-make the order when we called and converted to carry out? Lots of missed opportunities to make this right. They even complained to us that they had a driver not show up. I get it - things happen. Complaining to your customer about that isn’t how you make it right.

If this was the first time any of this kind of thing happened with this Dominos I could be much more forgiving, but this particular store seems to have real management issues. I think it’s going to be a long time before we patronize this business.

Update 3: We got the pizza home, and ate, and did a little math. Turns out the few bucks off they gave us at the store was nothing. The delivery total was $29.83 to which I added a tip of $5.97 for a total of $35.80. The revised order with a small tip was $27.77 when we picked up the pizza, a savings of only $2.06. I went on the app and used the same coupon I used when I ordered originally and the total was only $23.07 for carry out. This added insult to injury.

Do not order from this place if they mess up your food they will blame you in some form or fashion and tell you that they made it right and they'll apologize but they made it right and pretty much be condescending when they talk to you my thin crust pepperoni is burnt it looks like they just throw the I'm going to sleep in Pepperoni's on the pizza, they didn't even cut it and there's practically no sauce on here so that makes it even dryer of a pizza and the manager Kelsey wants to argue and tell me that they cooked it the way they were supposed to cook it sorry that I don't like the way they cooked it.....

Well just wish extra cheese was extra cheese! 3rd time ordering extra toppings and they just give another free pizza for next disappointment?Commercials don’t do justice now! Well they got Simon, judging pizzas and showing extra cheesy pizzas? False advertising? My company ordered Dominos’s in Centennial south Denver for a meeting and I tell you what they did great! Food was great! I know it can be done! Please Arvada make pizza great again!!!! Please!
