I usually have good experiences at this Dutch bros but the girl with red hair and glasses last time I went was pretty rude. She had an attitude the second she started taking my order but everyone has bad days so I tried to brush it off. But the weird judgy looks were really unnecessary especially considering I didn’t even order anything crazy. As someone working in customer service I know sometimes you don’t feel up to the smiley service and that’s human, but at least remain neutral/monotone and not straight up rude. Best part was her just scanning my payment and immediately walking away without saying a single word. Almost felt like I had done something extremely horrible to her until I saw her do the exact same to the car behind me. Had the same attitude at the window as well as she kept her back to me up until the second she quickly handed me my drinks. Just left me a really unpleasant feeling, really hope she doesn’t always have this attitude whenever she’s taking orders, she makes people feel bad.

The staff is slow!!!! I’m not sure if it’s under staffed or they lack comprehension. I would spend the extra 15 minute drive to go to 84th and I-25. They are nice but I’m not sure what is going on here. It took 20 minutes to complete less than 6 cars!!!!

For the past 6 months the line is all the way out to the Safeway gas station now. They always prioritize window customers, even when you’ve been waiting for over 20 minutes and someone comes up and is gone in just 5 minutes after you haven’t moved in line. It’s unbelievable how much this stand has declined here. I’m very disappointed. Prioritize and management needs to change here.
