I’ve always loved the iced drinks here, specifically the nitro cold brew and rebels. Unfortunately their drive thru is PAINFULLY slow. I’m only writing this because I’m currently in line with nothing to do. I’ve been waiting 20 minutes already for a drink that comes out of a can. This is becoming a more regular experience and I have started to plan for 20-30 minutes every time I come here. It’s just not worth it anymore unless you have tons of extra time to spare.

Work overnight so 1030 at night is my morning. Cannot begin to say enough about the wonderful service I get there. The young blonde guy has the best way with people. Don't mind paying more for great coffee and astounding service. Going to find out young man's name. He deserves to be recognized!!!!!

So disappointed! Stopped by with my daughter yesterday. Getting ready to go Christmas shopping. It took awhile to get our drinks. Apparently someone else received our drinks! So they remade them. Thought everything was great started driving and noticed how little coffee was in our drinks. Both of our iced coffee filled to the top with ice! I don't believe our extra shots of expresso we paid extra were in there!

I was surprised at the poor attitudes of the staff at this specific Dutch Bros location as all the others normally tend to have an upbeat, friendly staff. Not this one. Needless to say I won’t be back and will take my business to another location.

Pulled in at noon on a Sunday. They had two lines split, and we’re taking orders on a tablet near the very entrance to the line.

She asked what I wanted and I said I needed to see a menu, so she pointed at the menu board, at least 15 to 20 feet away.
I’m nearsighted and couldn’t read anything. I had to pry information out of her about what was available for coffee, and she recommended something that tasted like Starbucks. (If I wanted Starbucks, I would have went there.)
I finally ordered a boring caramel, because I felt awkward and didn’t know what else to order.

Pulled around and see that they actually have a holiday menu with different yummy drinks… so I was upset, because that’s what I really wanted, but it wasn’t offered to me.

They don’t give you heat sleeve, so the cup is exceptionally hot and can’t be held normally. So you can’t hold it while driving. You have to grab it by the top (which is very dangerous), and cup it with your hand on the bottom, to not get burned.

Pull up to the window and obnoxious music is blaring and ricocheting off my car windows. I am highly noise sensitive, so very painfully uncomfortable for me.
(Although I’m glad they get to enjoy their job and jam out, just turn it down a smidge for your customers)

Luckily, the caramel coffee was actually delicious, and the muffin tops are tasty.

I used to love Dutch Bros, and went once or twice every week. These days, I go once or twice a year, and each time I go I’m reminded why.
Yes, the coffee is good. But the drive through is an absolute mess. I have to set aside 20+ minutes to order and get my coffee, and I’m guessing partially as a result of this, other people in line act more and more aggressive.
When the employees tell people which car to follow, it generally goes okay, but whenever they don’t, all hell breaks loose. Today, I was trying to take my turn alternating at the merge point, but the lady in the other lane was trying to cut me off, made it clear she would hit me (her car was already wrecked so I believed her), then rolled down her window to yell at me saying she ordered first so she should go first. I backed off, cause it’s just not worth it over some coffee. The barista confirmed with me at the window you’re supposed to alternate, but no employee stepped in to clarify or correct whichever of us was wrong while she was yelling out her window.
My question is, why not put signs that you should alternate? Or implement some type of system that makes it clear who goes next? It’s a solvable problem, and Dutch Bros just offloads that conflict point for customers to navigate themselves, which is especially problematic because it changes from location to location and day to day. It would certainly help if the drive through sped up a bit too - it feels high stakes when every car in front of you represents potentially 5 more minutes you wait in line.
Either way, it’s just not worth the stress anymore. There are SOO many good coffee places out there where even at peak times, you’re waiting 10 minutes max. And more importantly, places that don’t have patrons that raise my blood pressure!

I’ve always went to this location and I’ve never had a problem with it, but I went today and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with Dutch. We waited in line for 5 minutes while it was me and a car in front of me. The car in front of me had got her drinks and her and the girl at the window were talking and stayed talking for 5 minutes. Then a broista came out to take our order with the worst attitude ever! She was rude and just in a hurry to get my order. She literally made us feel as though we bothered her. I’ve never had a problem with this location the people are usually amazing but after today I will never go back to this location.
