Einstein Bros. Bagels

This location has literally messed up every order I've ever placed. You cannot get anyone on the phone. You're stuck in an endless loop. The system tells you to hit 3 to speak to someone, but I've hit 3 eight times over a period of two days and never got a person. I've also tried hitting 1, 2, and 0. Bit I never can get a human on the phone. I will say that the employees are very friendly and nice, but what does that matter if you can't get my order right? Every other Einstein's location manages to get my order right. Why can't you? And now I have to go back to request a refund or replacement because nobody ever answers the phone, and there is no email address or way to send a complaint to the manager through the website.

Bagel was awful. Had a flavor I was not expecting for a plain bagel.

I went to Einstein to get a bagel sandwich. I saw the guy with the beard net drop the rag on the floor, pick it up, and then he did not sanitize it at all before wiping down all sorts of food surfaces. I will not be returning to this location.

Honestly only issue with this location is the complete lack of indoor seating. The outdoor seating is fine but it just feels awkwardly open inside

I go into this Einsteins store usually and they are always wonderful. Today I went into a different Einsteins and it just proved to me how amazing this store is.
They always say hello, they are fast and my order is always great. I really appreciate everything they do.

This location said they couldn't give me my order because I only had cash. I've never had this happen before and it really made my day start off terrible. The manager didn't even look to see if they had change they just told the employee to reject my order. Never going back to this location again.

As a process improvement facilitator I am rarely impressed with retail operations. This Einstein Bagels is fantastic however. Very well managed, stable and reliable staff that works together, and extremely customer focused. I use them personally and for corporate team events.

This location should be the model for all Einstein Bagels as well as other retailers.

Snagged a breakfast bagel last week on my way to work. When I opened it the egg was missing. Called and spoke to a Cindy who said they would put my name down for a replacement sandwich. Came in today and the same people who messed up my sandwich helped me again. Recognized me and still proceeded to lie and not honor my replacement bagel. Don’t go here. Terrible customer service and the bagels suck.

How do you all mess up such simple things? Ordered two farmhouse sandwiches (one on green chile bagel), got both on cheesy hashbrown. Also ordered an all-nighter and got a farmhouse instead. Tf?UPDATE: So now I can't help but laugh. I ordered from you guys again today (04/07/24) and again my order is wrong. Ordered a farmhouse "one egg" got one with 2 eggs. Yes I have photos. How does this location keep getting it wrong? Might seem trivial but I'd really just like to get exactly what I order.

I've gone to most of the EBBs in the Denver metro and surrounding area in my travels for work, and this location just blows them all out of the water. The staff is on it, the order is never wrong, and even when they're busy, there's never an unreasonable wait- which I'd be okay with because I'm not expecting anyone to kill themselves working to make me a bagel- and even when it's been busy I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes? Which, if you're smart and order ahead, that problem is easily negated. But yeah, the staff are great, and every time I go to a different location (rare) I find myself going, "I should have just waited until I was closer to home" and gone here.
