Service is phenomenal. A gentleman named Jeremiah took my order and I must say, his customer service was phenomenal. Not to mention, he said that today was his first day on register. Killer job dude. I’ll be back.

My preferences when it comes to bagels are specific, and some would say complicated. This location prepared my bagels in exactly the way I requested and did so in a very rapid manner. I loved their orange juice, and the staff was also friendly. My only regret was that they did not have tables so that I could enjoy how lovely the store smelled a little bit longer as I ate my bagel.

This location has literally messed up every order I've ever placed. You cannot get anyone on the phone. You're stuck in an endless loop. The system tells you to hit 3 to speak to someone, but I've hit 3 eight times over a period of two days and never got a person. I've also tried hitting 1, 2, and 0. Bit I never can get a human on the phone. I will say that the employees are very friendly and nice, but what does that matter if you can't get my order right? Every other Einstein's location manages to get my order right. Why can't you? And now I have to go back to request a refund or replacement because nobody ever answers the phone, and there is no email address or way to send a complaint to the manager through the website.

Bagel was awful. Had a flavor I was not expecting for a plain bagel.

I went to Einstein to get a bagel sandwich. I saw the guy with the beard net drop the rag on the floor, pick it up, and then he did not sanitize it at all before wiping down all sorts of food surfaces. I will not be returning to this location.
