This taco truck is one of our favorites and we try to find them on weekends where ever they are. My wife and I have been enjoying their great food since I first saw the taco truck at Wads and 64th a few years ago, perhaps late 2022. After trying our plates for the first time that night, we were amazed that I went back to order more, but it was closing. Ever since, we always crave to try different menu options. We eat a ridiculous amount of tacos and I moved here from SoCal so let’s just say I’m opinionated. Top quality ingredients (bright, fresh, “all the colors”), generous portions and super friendly service. Plates come with grilled potatoes slices and onions on the side and a delicious grilled pepper. I normally pass on potatoes but these were too delicious to leave behind. We will now be following the truck and going out of our way to head to spots they are....

I chase this food truck around the city. Their nachos, i eat with my eyes closed so that i can savor all the flavors. The best mexican food i’ve eaten. The flavors layer in your mouth.
