I contacted Sarah a few weeks before a bachelorette trip out to Denver / Estes Park! We are out of state, but that was no problem! Sarah was communicative, excited about our custom idea, and reasonably priced. Plus, I was happy to support a women owned, local cottage bakery!
Sarah created an amazing bachelorette cake!!! It was a surprise for our bride and she LOVED it. We all did! The vintage decorating, fondant sculpture, colors, and flavors were all PERFECT! The marble cake and coffee buttercream was soooo yummy. I’m happy to say we ate the entire cake between the six of us :)
I recommend Elevated Pastries to anyone needing a custom cake or other sweet treat! I will be back during our future Colorado adventures! Thank you Sarah!!!!!

Cannot express how frustrating it was trying to work with Sarah. Every email I sent required a follow up email. I tried so hard to put a deposit down, but asked for an invoice for records. I sent the email on May 9th. She emailed back on May 14th after I had to send a “just checking in” email on May 13th. I’m just trying to give you money so we can secure this order!! Her response was that she is a small business and doesn’t check her email every day. I understand that, but if your primary mode of communication with clients is email, you NEED to check every day!!! And it’s not everyday. A whole week went by. Atrocious experience. Ended up calling another bakery and getting a mock up of everything I needed ordered and a deposit with an invoice in less than 24 hours. I hope you get some help with your business skills because it was awful.
