Sarah created absolutely perfect cookies for an engagement party. And the sugar cookies were even gluten free but nobody could tell! She was happy to make the couples favorite cookies, too--moist & chewy oatmeal raisin cookies for her and chocolate chip cookies for him! SarahMade the entire order easy and fun!

Sarah made beautiful space themed cookies, cupcakes and a smash cake for our son’s first birthday. She even threw in an extra cupcake for free, which we sampled before the party and it’s delicious! They are so gorgeous you almost don’t want to eat them. Thank you!

I sent an order request for a birthday cake 3 days before our event through the Elevated Pastries website. I asked them to call me to discuss details of decorations for the cake. When I still hadn’t heard anything back the day before our event I called Elevated Pastries and a message said to send an email to get in contact. I sent an email asking them to please confirm they had my order for the next day and to discuss decorations. They never contacted me by phone or email. They left us completely hanging! Thankfully Lucky’s Bakehouse in Boulder saved the day! We had an amazing Red Velvet cake, all thanks to Lucky’s that we were able to pick up in time for our party.

Had the funfetti cupcakes with a vanilla flavored icing decorated to look like roses for a bridal shower we were having and they could have not been more perfect ☺️❤️Sarah replied to the inquiry within the first day of emailing her and I was able to get everything all set up and ordered I would recommend this place to everyone looking for great taste and style

Everything I've tried has been ridiculously good. Raspberry danish. Snickerdoodle. Salted caramel macaron. Blueberry muffin. Let's not even start on the key lime macaron, because I'll have to place another order. If you haven't had the chance to try, you will NOT be disappointed.Since my original review, I've been lucky enough to have both the key lime pie (one of the best I've ever had, personal favorite) as well as the apple streusel pie, which was magnificent. You won't be disappointed!

Wow! Sarah Carpenter took us to Paris with the selections we devoured from her menu. There is goodness and deliciousness in every bite. My family ate a selection of her drop cookies and two different selections from the biscotti section. The quality is the excellence you would expect from a top end patisserie in Paris. Well done!

Finally ordered some of Sarah's sweets. The sticky buns are awesome! Soft dough with carmel and pecans that meld together for a phenomenal finish! We'll be ordering more often for sure!

I have tried a bunch of things from Elevated Pastries. This young woman clearly knows what she is doing. I understand that she has been to culinary school and worked in a couple of Denver's finest restaurants. In particular, here is what I recommend:The double chocolate chunk cookie was really good.The milk chocolate chip cookie was great at room temperature and even better warmed in the microwave.The dark chocolate chip cookie was great. I liked it even better than the milk chocolate chip cookie and found that they make great ice cream sandwiches.My husband said the snickerdoodle cookie was great. He sounded like a wounded animal when he found out I only bought one. I then had to order a baker's dozen which he is enjoying.The double chocolate brownie was good, but the salted caramel swirl brownie was even better.The cranberry almond scone was great, but I prefer cranberry orange. Maybe I could talk her into making them! She nailed the texture.The raspberry danish was delicious. She nailed it -- the pastry was great, and the filling was just the right amount sweet.My husband said the blueberry streusel muffin was great.The double chocolate chip muffin was really good.The lemon poppy seed muffin was good.For Father's Day, she did a couple of special items, both of which were excellent. The soft pretzels were awesome. She nailed the taste, amount of salt, darkness of the crust, and texture. The milk chocolate orange truffles were superb.I highly recommend Elevated Pastries!
